I still hadn't given out one single leaflet. I felt like a complete idiot. And that's when u thought.

What am I afraid of? Other people's cold shoulder? Or indifference?

I was so embarrassed about myself that I mentally started scolding Gosh, why am I so cowardly?

At that moment, I was worried about my life. Am I gonna stay like this forever? Just NOT handing out the leaflets my entire life? Will I ever make a progress? I was on the verge of tears.

As I was contemplating with my life, Jungkook came and swiftly took away the leaflets from my hand. I was confused as to why he did that, only to see that he started distributing the leaflets.

I froze in my spot. That moment, unusually my heart started beating fast. I stood there, looking at him, under the warm sunlight, which made his hair, shine like silky brown.

For the first time in my life, I got an inspiration- from Jungkook. My eyes shone with a determination, determination to change. For real this time.

I grabbed the leaflets from his hand and started distributing it myself. Jungkook just took a look at me, before shoving his hands into his pant's pockets.

Due to the sudden flow of energy in my body, I started running from one corner to the other, distributing the leaflets like it was the holy water. Jungkook just looked at me dumbfounded.

Several hours later, I finished distributing all the leaflets in my hand. Satisfied with my work, I sat down on one of the benches catching my breath.

"Here you are." Jungkook came to me, holding a cone of ice cream. I was touched by this act of kindness. "To relieve the summer heat." He added, scratching the back of the neck, sort of shyly.

As I was immersed in his kindness and was staring at his face for a good long one minute, like a dumb idiot, he got annoyed "What? Don't you want it? Fine, I'll eat—,"

"Who told you that?" I fired back, hiding my embarrassed face.

"Are you going back to school?"

"Obviously."

"You've walked in the opposite direction."

"..." well I couldn't help that I had a poor sense of direction. Sighs.

The sky glowed purplish orange, with the sun setting as beautiful as always.
The birds were returning to their nests and so were we returning to our dorms.

"You've earned money. Treat me." Jungkook said looking at the sky.

"I'll think about it," I said with a small smile.
