Ashley's POV
When I reached home, I saw Jayden sitting on the sofa, with his hands in his hair. I tried to go up to my room as quietly as possible but you see, things don't always go my way. "Ash," Jayden spoke, I sighed and turned around. "Yes? How may I help you?" I asked through gritted teeth. He walked toward me, just great.
"Are you still mad at me?" He asked guiltily. "A little," I admitted. "I'm sorry," he said reluctantly. Woah woah woah, the jerk in the school just apologised to me, his sister's annoying bestie. I nodded my head awkwardly. He came even closer, the smell of his cologne was so good. "I... sorry for saying that I don't trust you, I do, I really do. It's just... I was angry, for the stupidest reason there is," he added. I thought back on the conversation he and Brad had just now. He was jealous, because he loved me. It made more sense now that I know how he feels. Wait hold up, he loves me? I needed to get things right.
"Jayden," I exhaled a breath. He looked at me. "Do you... somehow have feelings for... okay never mind," I totally chickened out. I grabbed my bag and made a dash for my room.
