I walked toward the garden as I was getting a little offended when my dad agreed to rushed the wedding I'm not ready to get married yet... I need to know jisoo well but dad and Mrs.Kim is rushing the things I need to asked about jisoo opinion too,

It's hard for me to get engaged let alone getting married... I know jisoo likes me but I'm not sure yet I appreciate what she's doing for us for her family but still I can't just pretend
that I like her too, I'll do my best to let her feel that she's not a substitute but I need time and if they force us then jisoo and I need to live in different room I can't sleep with her in same bed and live in same room

I was pacing while fiddling my finger out of restlessness, I heard some footsteps so I look through my shoulder and saw jisoo was behind me while lowering her head and intertwining her hands on her back, I know she's nervous about what I'm gonna talk

So, I turned to faced her digging my hands inside my pocket I wet my lips before I started

"Jisoo" I called her softly to get her attention she flick her eyes to me gesturing that she heard me and back to her previous position she didn't utter a word so I continue

"What do you think about the wedding? in my opinion they are rushing a bit and I need some time" I bluntly said causing her to glance at me without any expression I can't read her emotion, what she's feeling to what I've said

"If you don't like it then let's call off the wedding" She asserted I was surprised but I restraint myself before I could say something she continued
"It's my mom with so I can't reject it but you can do it I don't want my mom to encounter another Heart attack because of me it's your choice do what as you pleased " She said and turn her back walking inside the house I stand in my spot she look so confident when she mentions about calling off the wedding

Aish I don't want her mom to get another heart attack this time it may cause her life but I don't want to get married yet, it's so frustrating I ruffles my hair and follow her

I can't call off the wedding I need to save her mom I'm engaged so the wedding will eventually happen one day, what's the difference if it's after 4 months or after 1 years and that's when I conceded

Lisa and wendy came out after 6 hours inside the operating room performing the bypass surgery from god grace all went well and successful

the mother run toward them but wendy smile and excuses herself coz she's so tired and dash toward her room Lisa smile at the middle age women while taking off her mask

"How is she, doctor?" The mother asked worriedly

"Everything is fine don't worry ma'am you can see her after few hours" She assured the mother but the women keep on crying and thanking Lisa

Suddenly a nurse chimes in from the reception and handed the bills and medicine to be brought for the patient

"Here's the bill you need to pay soon and the installment you gave before the operation is not sufficient you need to hurry and clear the bills or else we can continue giving your daughter's treatment" The nurse reported and walked away Lisa was about to go but saw the women pressing her lips tight while clumping the bills and the medication paper, as if she can sense something, she went back to the women

"What's wrong is there a problem?" She asked the women and look at her compassionately the women tilt her head as tears are falling on her cheek

"Nothing j-just" she couldn't even continue her sentence and broke down in front of Lisa, and Lisa being Lisa she patted the back of the women to calm herself and tell her if something is there and after a while the women did tell her
