After i pleaded IU help me to sit on the couch, we didn't talk and she was fidgeting anxiously, the atmosphere was engulfed with an eerie silence, so i held her hand causing her to startled and gasped,

I speak to break the ice between us
"IU Don't you trust me?" I asked her with caution and she shook her head

"I trust you lisa however, i don't want to be a rebound" IU Utter without facing me

"You're not going to rebound rather you're my Saviour, please IU" I stated which made her turn to face me and locked her eyes on mine, perhaps observing to distinguish any lie however, she suddenly leaned her face toward me while closing her eyes and so do I, then without being us noticed our lips crash and move in sync......!

morning came by quickly, and i woke up not because of the sunlight breaking through her curtains rather it was out of habit coz i always woke up at six for work, i saw IU was sleeping next to me naked, I check myself by peeping under the duvet,

"It happened" i took a deep breath and glanced at IU, she's was rubbing her eyes maybe she just woke up because of my movement

"Good morning" I greeted causing her to bat her eyelashes adjusting the brightness, after that she smile at me shyly as her cheek turns crimson red

I feel Lil bit guilty but i shook off the thoughts and push them on the back of my head, i don't need to feel anything for the moment, she's the one cheating on me, i don't need to feel anything she hurt me before, she hurt me now and she'll always hurt me what's new?

IU suddenly cupped my face and asked me

"Do you feel guilty?" i can see that she's on the verge of crying while waiting for my response

What Guilty? No way! I'm not or did i? I shook my head vigorously, IU save me we already spend a night together i can't turn my back on her just like that, I'll treat her right... I swore in my heart and locked it

"No!" I replied and kiss her on the forehead as i wipe her lingering tears

"I'll just go to my apartment and I'll fetch you for work, we'll have our breakfast on  our way is that okay with you?" I added i don't want her to feel that she's just a rebound and i already told her that she's not

"Alright be back soon I'll be waiting," She mumbled and i take the cue to slide out of her bed but before i was completely  out of the bed she grip on my wrist causing me to shut my eyes, i know what she Was going to ask me next, the topic that i wanted to avoid the most

But i fake a smile and turn to her she was holding the duvet while covering herself

"Anything?" I asked her shortly she bit her lips and nervousness was all i could see on her face she tilted her head and glanced at me contemplating whether to say it or not

I sat and wait for her to speak up

"How about Jennie?" There she quizzed the thing i wanted to avoid for the time being i clench my jaw and sighed not wanting to lose my cool

"She's my past I'll be going be ready don't let me wait for long" I told her authoritatively causing her to nod, so pick up my things and dress up in a minute and Strom out of her apartment when i ride the elevator i breathe out deeply her question was suffocating me for a while

"Shit i left my bag in the car oh! My! God! Damn it how am i supposed to take it back" I cussed myself and the elevator made a ting sound indicating that i reach my destination
