Lisa was happy to see her mom they instantly embrace in a tight hug while Jennie was feeling kinda awkward coz it's her first time visiting lisa mom officially as Lisa's girlfriend
After lisa and Mrs.manoban broke the hug Mrs.manoban stared at jennie with an amusing smile
"It's a pleasure to meet you Jennie thanks for coming" Mrs.manoban greeted and hug her slightly and Jennie hug her back
"Nice to meet you too Mrs.manoban" Jennie replied awkwardly as she drenched with worried thinking about the past
"come on in" Mrs.manoban welcome and open the door widely for the two to enter
"Jennie make yourself comfortable and feel at home alright I'll be heading towards the kitchen, dinner will be served soon lisa just make her loosen up" Mrs.manoban smile and excuse herself
lisa held Jennie's hand and smile at her as they proceeds toward the small living room. Jennie remember the good old days when lisa used to give her letters every day, she feels as if it was just yesterday when she use to mock and make fun of lisa and how she dress,
She take her seat and her eyes roamed around the house it was overwhelming to see the difference between their lifestyle, she used to live in big house serving what she wanted on her plate but lisa she struggled so hard to stand where she's right now
"You alright?" Lisa snap as she saw that Jennie eyes were brimming with tears, but Jennie manage to smile and bob her head
"Yeah! I'm sorry" Jennie apologize out of nowhere her voice cracks a little causing the tall women to glance at her perplexed
"For everything i did in the past i love you" Jennie clarify and give a chested kiss on lisa lips
"Hey! Love! everything is alright now Don't relive in the past okay? We are now good all my hard work pays off hmm" Lisa jokes and cupped Jennie face brush her nose against the latter causing her to smile while nodding
"Ahemmm! Dinner is ready guys" Mrs.manoban interrupted making the two to jump apart and giggled awkwardly
"Okay mom" Lisa utter and stood up while scratching her nape and jennie fiddle her finger with a shy smile, Mrs.manoban chuckle at the cuteness of the couple and motion them to follow her
They headed toward the dining table and take their seat Mrs.manoban served the food and they started to devour it
"Mom wow! This is so good miss your cooking a lot" Lisa compliment her mom while scooping her favorite soup
"Yeah! thanks for having me here Mrs.manoban" Jennie joined lisa with a genuine smile but Mrs.manoban gaze at Jennie then flicked her eyes to lisa a huge frown began to form on her forehead
"Lisa, will you let your future wife call me Mrs.manoban?" Jennie chocked on food and cough a little, lisa immediately give her the water and pat on her back
"Be careful lo- Jennie" Lisa worriedly told her and take a glimpse of her mom as if she was caught doing something, Mrs.manoban grinned at her daughter with a teasing smile
"Go on just called her 'love' the endearment perfectly suits her" Mrs.manoban teased the two even more lisa pouted her lips and look at her mom with pleading eyes to stop
"Mommm" she whined causing Mrs.manoban to chuckled and held her hands up as if she's surrendering
"Btw Jennie you should call me mom no need to be formal coz I've been waiting for so long to have a daughter in law and to be honest lisa was not ready to date anyone and now that she got you I'm so happy for you both" Mrs.manoban explain and Jennie shyly nodded her head
