"Your third month is coming up, right?" Jaemin asks the boy beside him.
"Yeah. Mark and I decided to relax at his house instead of going out for our anniversary. Order in, watch a movie, cuddle...the soft stuff." Donghyuk smiles up at the sky, his back leaning against the poles of the playset.
"That's good. I can't believe it's only been 3 months."
Donghyuk laughs gently. "Same here. Feels like we've been dating forever." Jaemin only hums in response. Donghyuk looks to him. "Something's on your mind."
"Huh?"
"Something's bothering you. What is it?"
Jaemin smiles softly. "Nothing, really." He waved his hand dismissively. "I'm fine, just stressed about Kim Doyoung's homework. It's been piling up and it's a little stressful."
"That's fair. I'd say switch to my history class, but you took Ancient studies last year." He laughs.
"Mhm. Guess I'm just too smart for you, huh?"
"Oh shut up." Donghyuk gently shoves the boy's shoulder playfully, making Jaemin laugh.
"I'm just kidding with you. But really, I'm alright."
"I know....you'd tell me if something was wrong, right?"
"I always do Donghyuk. No need to worry."

"Jaemin, I'm worried." Jisung enters the older boy's room quietly.
Jaemin turns around in his swivel chair, looking to Jisung confused. "What's the problem?"
"I saw my sister yesterday, you know, the younger one, Sunbi. Apparently my parents are really cracking down on my siblings. Not letting them have much interaction anymore, I think it's because of me and Taeil." Jisung says softly, sitting on Jaemin's bed.
Jaemin joins him on the bed and puts an arm around the younger. "I'm sorry Jisungie, I really am. I wish we could do more on the situation, but with the position you and Taeil hyung are in right now, it's risky. We can, of course, always try to get your siblings in contact again. I'm sure they miss you."
"I miss them too." Jisung lays his head on Jaemin's shoulder, and the two sit there. Both hoping to feel a bit better tomorrow.

Jaemin finds himself breathing hard as he sits in the bathroom, wrapping his ribs yet again. Thankfully nothing was broken, but his sternum and ribs were definitely bruised. And it hurt to breath. "Come on Jaemin, all you have to do is wrap it around once more, then you'll be fine. It'll be fine." He takes a big breath before turning his body around, getting the ace bandage fully around his chest. He secures the velcro to the rest of the bandage and puts his shirt back on. He leaves the bathroom and heads downstairs. He smiles when he sees his brother and Jaehyun making dinner in the kitchen. It was a fake and pained smile, but a smile nonetheless.

Jeno wraps his arms around Jaemin's stomach gently as the younger sits in his lap. The two boys were at Jeno's house (because his mom was never home anymore rip) working on homework and enjoying the spring night. Jaemin was finishing up some math homework and Jeno was watching him.
"26.22 squared....plus...." Jaemin silently gets back to work, biting his lip as he tried to figure out the problem. Jeno found it adorable when Jaemin was concentrating. He would bite his lip and stick the eraser end of his pencil to his chin in thought. He was even cuter as he sat sideways on Jeno's lap, giving the older a perfect view of his side profile. Jeno really did find Jaemin beautiful, he wondered how his past self hadn't seen it before.
