Every spring, the school holds an open house for new kids to come in and see what it was like. Each homeroom focused on a different class or subject. For example, Mark and Donghyuk's homeroom was prepared to tell kids about the physics program. Renjun's homeroom was going to tell kids about the theatre program, and so on and so forth.

Jaemin and Jeno's homeroom had the theme of Pre-calculus, much to the class' dismay. They had the door held open and the desks had pamphlets and units guides to show the new kids how the class was run. The pre-calculus teacher stood at the front of the room, welcoming kids and explaining the class. It wasn't the most exciting subject to focus on, but the homeroom made do with what they had and tried to make it at least a little bit enjoyable.

Jeno sits on his desk table, sighing. He really hated pre-cal and to theme his whole homeroom around it for two days was just pure annoyance. Plus the teacher was a total rat. Maybe they'd get a few math geeks if they were lucky. He thinks to himself, sighing once again as visiting students start coming into the room. Jeno rolls his eyes. Showtime.

To say Jaemin was irritated would be an understatement. He was pissed. Pissed at the girl who kept flirting with an annoyingly oblivious Jeno. Jaemin was even more annoyed because the girl was A) flirting with HIS soulmate.
B) she wasn't even a student at their school, she was a visitor.
And C) ShE hAd hER oWn fUckinG mArK.

Jaemin continues to glare at the girl and Jeno, his body itching to wipe that ugly-ass-failed-attempt-at-a-seductive-smirk off her face. And don't even get him started on the lip bite.

Jaemin groans loudly when Jeno offers to take the girl on a tour. The pink haired boy knew, of course, that Jeno wouldn't do anything. BUT THAT STUPID GIRL DEFINITELY WOULD. Jaemin sighs and slams his head on his desk, ignoring the weird looks his peers gave him. This was going to be a very long day.

Jeno smiles and waves at Choi Yuri as she leaves the school. Visiting hours were over and it was time for everyone to go home. Jeno hurries back to his homeroom, happy to finally be able to talk to Jaemin about things other than pre-cal.

He enters the room, smiling when he sees Jaemin was still packing up, along with a few other students. He walks up to the boy happily. "Hey angel." He hops on the desk, waiting for Jaemin to finish packing (he himself was already good to go). Jaemin replies with a hum before slinging his bag over his shoulder and heading out of the school, not bothering to wait for Jeno.

Jeno tenses. Something was very wrong. His angel normally doesn't get like this, in fact Jeno doesn't think he's ever seen Jaemin like this. Like...mad.

The boy sighs and runs after his soulmate, hoping he could cheer him up.

Jaemin had been ignoring Jeno ever since they left school. He walked towards Mark's house (he had been going there to study with Jeno after school almost everyday. It was fine, because Mark was at Donghyuk's house 99% of the time.) He opens the door after grabbing the extra house key from under the mat, entering and closing it behind him. Not worried about whether Jeno was there or not.

The older comes in after a few seconds later to see Jaemin sitting on the couch and reviewing his notes. Jeno sighs and puts his bag down. He gently sits next to Jaemin, who acted as if he wasn't there.

"Angel, tell me what's wrong." Jeno says worriedly, putting a comforting hand on the younger's thigh.

Jaemin shakes his head. "Nothing's wrong."
