I'm a moon
You're a sun
We don't often meet
But we do shine.
You give light,
You also take it.
That's when you leave,
That I'll be in it.
It might take
A decade, a date.
For us to meet,
Prolly worth it.
Go to my time,
Or I'll go to yours.
Our first date will be called,
Lunar 'n solar.
That "often" is the collapse,
The eclipse,
That everyone can't keep,
But staring at our phase.
