I could hear the lunchroom become silent as the moment went on and many stares moved onto us, making me uncomfortable. Kody pulled away and lifted my head from under my chin so I would be looking at him. "Allen, I know what I did was wrong." He started and sighed.

"But I have a confession to make." Kody said and I looked at him confused. "A confession? Now?" I asked and he nodded, confirming what I said was correct. "We can go somewhere else if you want." He said and I looked behind me at Damien who looked away. Thanks for the help.

I thought for a moment before nodding, "We can just go out to the hall." I answered and we both walked out into the hallway outside of the cafeteria doors. "What did you want to say?" I asked and I watched as his cheeks turned a light shade of red.

"Well..." Kody started to say but stopped because I am guessing he was nervous, he couldn't meet eye contact with me. "Well what?" I asked, trying to get him to spill what he was trying to say.

"What I am trying to say is that I like you. A lot actually and what happened at the dance was to make you jealous and finally realize your feelings. Scarlett could see it all and through your tough act." He explained and I stood there frozen.

How could someone like him like someone like me? I asked myself in my head as we just stared at each other. It took me a few moments to actually process what he was saying and I could feel my face heat up what felt like a thousand degrees. "You, like me?" I asked and Kody only nodded. "You like me too don't you?" He asked, looking at me with hope in his eyes.

I opened my mouth to say no but it just wouldn't come out and I suddenly knew what eh meant when he said something about Scarlett knowing and seeing through my act. "W-well...I-I..." I couldn't seem to form the words I wanted to say and I watched Kody smile.

Yes smile. Like a real genuine smile.

My heart beat a bit faster and harder against my ribcage when he pulled me into another hug and I wrapped my arms around him after a moment. "Your face says it all~" He teased when he looked at me, his arms around my waist and his face close to mine. "S-shut up!" I managed to say as I hid my face in my hands.

Kody laughed at my actions and used one hand to move mine in order to see my face, "Why? You're cute when you blush Allen." He stated and I couldn't help but blush even more if it was even possible.

"You're going to be the death of me." I muttered and he chuckled, holding me close. "That brings me to my next question." Kody said as if he just thought of it or just remembered it. "What is it?" I questioned and without any warning, Kody leaned forward and captured my lips with his own. For the first time I didn't try to push him away or pull away, I was frozen but I quickly started to melt into the kiss.

It didn't last too long because the bell rang and I pulled away and looked at the time, "Already?" I asked myself when I saw it was time to go to my next class after lunch. Kody looked at the time as well and nodded, "I didn't get to eat." I whined and I hear Kody chuckle, making me look up at him.

"That's my fault, I'll take you to go and get something to eat after school." He said and I smiled for the first time today.

It was when people started to come out of the cafeteria when Kody let go of me and I suddenly felt cold without his arms around me. "Okay. We have the same class so let me go and get my stuff." I said and walked into the lunch room.

When I grabbed my stuff I felt someone tap my shoulder and I turned around to see who it was and saw it was Damien. "Hey, is everything okay?" Damien asked and I nodded. "Yeah everything is okay. I'll tell you later." I said and gave him a quick smile before walking back to Kody.

Sure the male hurt me pretty bad since he made me think he was just toying with me and used Scarlett in order to do it but I knew I couldn't stay mad at him for long when I know I should be.

Once I made it to Kody, I saw him talking to another guy who looked like could be Damien's older brother. I shrugged to myself and started to walk over and when I was about five feet away, they both looked at me. "You're back." Kody said with a smile.

"It wasn't going to take me long to walk over, grab my stuff, and come back." I said and he chuckled, nodding a little. "I know." Is all he said before the other guy walked away after saying bye to Kody. "Who was that?" I asked, a bit curious. "Oh that is Cameron, your friend Damien's cousin." He explained.

I watched the male walk away before looking at Kody, "He looks a lot like Damien but older." I stated and Kody nodded. "Yeah, Cameron just finished school last school year so he doesn't come here anymore." He said. "He looks like he's seventeen."

"He graduated early, he's really smart." Kody said with a smile and started to walk to our next class. Cameron disappeared around a corner and that's when I caught up to Kody and we walked to class together.

We walked through the door right as the second bell rang letting the teachers know that class was starting at this time. I sighed in relief and walked to my seat with Kody following close behind me. "It's time to work on your guys' projects in class so get to work on that, that is all we will be doing today." The male history teacher stated and a few whispered 'yes' could be heard around the room.

Everyone got into their groups and began to talk about all kinds of things on topic and off topic of the project. "We finished our right?" Kody asked and I nodded. "Just a few days before the dance." I answered and he relaxed in his chair.

"Only because I did the rest of it." I teased and he looked at me with a blank face. "Okay, I did at least half of it." He said as he sat up in his chair. I almost laughed at his reply but nodded, "Okay, sureee you did." I said and rolled my eyes playfully. "I can prove it." he said.

I looked at him and shook my head, "No you can't." I said and he looked at me confused. "Um..how?" Kody asked. "Because we turned it in already as well." I stated and he groaned. "You're right." He muttered.

"Well since we're finished with the project what do you wanna do?" I asked and he shrugged. "I don't know." Kody said and i sighed. "But I have a question for you." He added before I could say anything else. "Um...okay...?" I said slowly.

"Am I forgiven?" Kody questioned and I looked at him confused. "Forgiven from doing what?" I questioned and he chuckled. "About what I did at the dance." Kody explained and I thought for a second before nodding.

"Forgiven."
