The moon was out and the whole pack was gathered, everyone was dressed in silver and black as per traditional, it signified rich, bright beginnings .Walt was shirtless and standing on the altar that was in the center. His mother was handed a silver jar that contained a purple liquid, she poured it over his head, and then handed him a couple that contains a different liquid. He drank it, then his body started to shift, I had see him shift before but this time it was different, he's bones started to rearrange them selves, and that's when I heard him scream, the screams were so loud ,just as I was about to run to him I felt Jerome's hand hold me back .

"he's alright " he assured me, " the Alpha wolf has a lycanthrop form, this is his first time shift into that form. The liquid he just drunk only works on wolves with the Alpha gen, it helps the bring out thire second wolf form " he explained. The process took a while till he was fully shifted. I had seen his wolf countless times but this was different, he was almost ten feet taller than he's regular height, and just then his mother walked closer to him.

" Calm down " she said to him " Breath, and take control of your lycan Walt " he calmed down. "Now take control and shift back " and in that moment his body started to turn back to its human form, he's bones started to rearrange them selves and then he fell to the ground unconscious . Katherine then took off her scarf and covered him with it. He was then carried up to his room by two pack members. The ceremony had ended, and everyone went back to there homes. Except Dean ,Bonnie, Jerome and I, we where waiting for Walt to gain consciousness.

Ten minutes had gone by when he finally came down stairs, he looked like he had just been hit by a truck.

"That shit never gets old " Jerome said while laughing at Walt . Walt paid no attention to him as he went straight to the refrigerator and grabbed a bottle of water. Katherine came down as well.

" Everyone will be here in thirty minutes to hear you appoint your new beta, and the future of the pack " she told him ask she went ahead and kissed his cheek. " I'm so proud of you and I know your father is too" she told him.

Walt quickly went up and got changed and came down stairs, he pulled me aside.

"How are you feeling ?" I asked him.

"Very sore, that shit hurt " he complained " shifting in it self hurts in a way but when you get used it just feels a little uncomfortable, but that was another level of pain " she said, I gently caped his face in my palm.

" You'll probably have to get used to it" I told him.

" I won't be doing that often " he joked.

" Walt everyone is waiting for you outside " he smiled at me and went on to address his pack.

Walt addressed the park taking his place as alpha.  After his father's passing I could tell he still felt an element of guilt for not being able to save his father.  I saw a single tear fall down his cheek and I couldn't help but feel sorrow.

"I won't let his death be in vain, he died serving his pack and I will avenge him " he said with rage in his voice still trying to hold back his tears .

" I will rip the man responsible for this limb from limb.  On one kills a pack member and lives " he closed his eyes and I could see a single tear drop from his eye and he howled out and the rest of the pack responded.

" As per tradition the new alpha pics his beta to be his right hand, someone he or she trusts . From today on wards my new beta will be April " he announce and everyone was in shock.
