The festival had been stopped ,Katherine, Walt and Jerome had taken the man that was caught to the basement of the house and all I could hear were his screams echo through the house, hours had passed And Walt came up.

"Have you gotten anything from him? " I asked.

"No he refuses to speak " he responded.

"Maybe I could help, I want to do something for you, I couldn't heal your dad maybe I could find out who caused this" I told him

"Let's go " he said leading me down to the basement, it was dark and cold and had a bunch of cages. Katherine was standing in front of the man and questioning him but he was quite he didn't speak a word which upset her more, the man was bruised .he kept trying to heal but every time she'd hit him again.

"Let me try " I said placing my hand on her shoulder trying to calm her down. She moved aside and I placed my index fingers on the temples of his head.

"Vesmatos melnal eiliwe " I said the spell and shortly after I could see through his mind, the images played quickly, and once I was done getting what I could, I felt the energy drain from my body and just before I could fall Katherine held me.

"Walt get her a chair " she said.

"I'm okay just a little light headed that's all " I told her.

"Did you managed to get anything? " she asked.

"Yes "I said still feeling a little light headed " West hall pack is where he came from " and suddenly her expression changed.

"Morgan"  she said " It should have been him"

"He's alpha promised to not turn his family into rouges if he did this task. He's son had stolen from the Alpha's family and they where to be punished, he came on his Alpha's request "

"I'm going to kill him, I swear "she said storming back upstairs.

Walt called on of the gaurds to throw him in the pack prison and they decided that he's verdict would be given to him after five days .

"who's Morgan? " I asked Walt.

"He's the alpha of the west hall pack, that's my mother's former home .My mother was the daughter of the former beta of the pack, the the late alpha of this pack and the former alpha of the west hall pack where good friends .When Alpha Morgan's father died he took over but he had no Luna because he never found his mate, he wanted to marry my mother but she refused and the night after the funeral of the former Alpha may parents met and imprinted on each other " he explained.

"Thats why he sent someone after your father? " I asked.

"No, he understood, she had found her mate and he respected that. A few years later he had announced that he had found his mate, a ceremony was healed and my parents where invited. She was a gamma from a pack in Australia he found her during a peace treaty. A few years had passed and the goddess blessed them with a daughter but she got sick and to save her,he called in a friend of his wife she was a vampire he made her turn his wife into one " he explained.

" That's possible? " I asked.

"one has to kill the wolf first, so they did it they killed her wolf and turned her human side into a vampire. But I guess she couldn't handle the blood lust, once she turned she was out of control she crossed the border of our territory and killed twenty-five innocent people in Lakewood and my father had no other choice but to kill her, he then sent her body back to the west hall pack . Since then it's been very complicated, my parents tried to set up a peaceful way to settle things but he wouldn't listen. But any wolf could understand, your mate is your other half and the longer you stay with them after they die the weaker you become, " he explained .

" so he wants revenge " I said.

"He's gotten revenge, my father won't last long, the poison has already reached his blood stream " he said, I could tell he was hurt ,angry ,sad but he kept himself strong .

I hugged him, it being the only thing I could think of and he hugged me back  .

"Walt!" April's voice echoed through the dark basement.

"April!" he said quickly letting go of me and rushing up the stairs I followed closely behind him.

" he's awake " she said ,and with hesitation he rushed up to his father's room

WALT

I rushed up to my father room, I had already lost hope of seeing him awake, we had tried everything we could but we could get the poison out of his system and it was slowly killing him . I sat on the bed next to him an I saw him force a smile.

"My son, I'm so proud of you, we both are"  he said looking at my mother and back at me.

"you'll be fine father " I said holding his hand.

"You have to take care of your mother for me, make sure she doesn't do something stupid " he said.  And I saw her eyes water. " your sister, Adam and the pack are now in your hands, " he said.

"You can't just leave " I told him.

"I'll be watching you." he said " just like in the Lion King, I'll be mufasa " he joked which made me and my mum laugh.

"Adam " he said, causing me to turn he was standing at the door he slowly walked over and climbed onto the bed ." my brave little wolf  ,you take care of your big brother okay " he told him.

"But where are you going? " he asked.

"I'll be around " he smiled April was standing in the corner of the room quietly not saying a word, her tears roll down her eyes. "And my war princess he said looking at her, I know you're going to do great things " he said to her that's when she burst out crying.

"You can't go, you can't leave me, I swear I'll kill them all if it's the last thing I do " she said.

"Don't do anything drastic, be wish don't be rush in your thinking " he told her she layed her head on his chest and cried.

"Where is Zelfelia ?" he asked.

" I'll get her " I said and walked down stairs and called her up. She walked into the room.

"Thank you " he told her.

"You don't need to thank me, I couldn't even save you." she said .

" My time has come, we can't change fate " he told her.

"Protect them for me " he asked her.

"Don't worry " he said.

The room went quite once his eyes closed the time had come, I saw my mother fall to the ground like she had been hit, the bond had broken. She screamed in agony, her eyes started to flash between gold and her regular eye color. April rushed to her side try to calm her down. Adam looked terrified and scared.

Lia picked Adam up and took him out of the room. While April and I tried to get our mother stable, they say the first hour after the bond breaks is the most painful physically and mentally , we had to try to keep her from hurting herself. She started part shifting and her breathing was heavy. April and I took her out of the room to April's room, she was stronger than both of us.

She kept screaming I locked the door, then she started hitting herself against the wall screaming our fathers name, seeing her like that had me in pain, I couldn't even fathom the feeling. And before I knew what was happening she broke the mirror in Aprils room and stabbed herself twice in the stomach. And my heart skipped a beat.
