chapter 23( Victory)

THERD PERSON.

Zelfelia slowly descended, her eyes started to water at the sight of her mother.as soon as she was on the ground Jerome was by her side.

"Are you alright " he questioned seeing the blood drip from her nose.

"I'm okay, do you - do you see her " she mumbled, she hadn't seen her mother in a long time she was happy, she didn't even noticed the blood dripping from her nose. She tried to run to her only to feel a strong are pull her back, she tried to shake his arm off but to no use because he just wouldn't let go, she started screaming like a five year old throwing a tantrum. He pulled her into his chest.

"If you go there, you'll be giving him exactly what he wants " he whispered in her ear.

"Let me go, why the duck do you care" she sobbed trying to get free from his grip.

"I'll let go only if you promise me, you'll listen to me " he uttered to her and she slowly nodded. Cause him to slowly let go of her.
Magnus walked towards them take slow steps, while Recce stayed behind with her mother. Once Magnus got close enough he started to grin.

"Enough of the love fest, I got your message " his voice sounded low and dark. "I guess you're tired of chasing the little packages " he chuckled " For your information ,I knew they where leaving those behind, I just let them, it was hilarious see them try . Now are you going to give me what I want or not?" his expression suddenly turned serious.

For a moment Zelfelia looked helpless.

"let me make this easier " he said and with the wave of a hand her mother was levitating in mid air slowly being brought to where they stood. "If you don't I'm going to kill her right in front of you " he smiled " maybe I'll snap her neck, or drop her from above " he said and her body started to float even higher.

"Mom! " she exclaimed feeling helpless.

"Are you going to give me what I want or should I drop her ?" he asked.

"Don't fall for it" Jerome told her.

"If that's what you want then fine " he said and her mother started to fall.

"No!" she screamed waving her hand without realizing it a portal opened right under her mother, making her appear right behind where Jerome was. "Jerome get her home I'll deal with this Asshole " she said.

Jerome quickly picked her up and rushed her to the house dropping her off in the living room where grandma and Isis sat. He wasted no time and quickly rushed back to where he found Magnus and Zelfelia going at each other with spells. He noticed that Reece was aiding Magnus with .he quickly rushed to him and before he could realize it Jerome hand sunk his hand into his chest and pulled his heart out, he fell to the ground

Zelfelia was holding her ground as much as she could using the moonlight crystals, and just before she knew it he had the upper hand, he grabbed her by the arm and grinned at her. And as soon as Jerome saw this he tried to get to her only to be thrown through the air.

"This wasn't so hard was it? " he smiled as she struggled to get out of his grip "just give in "

"Never " she said spitting in his face " she kicked him in his side causing him to loosen his grip she managed to get away from him, she ran as fast as she could to where Jerome landed. Jerome was trying to get up only to see her running for him. He rushed to her side, looking her in the eyes, he could see it, the fear in her eyes.

"You look a little shaken up, we can take him" he said trying to bring her mood up. Bit she simply nodded. They hadn't realized I but Magnus had disappeared from where he was. Then before they could even move lighting strike where they stood, causing both of them to go flying.

Magnus appeared to where Jerome was, he waved his hand and a piece of wood from one of the park benches broke of and he sent it flying through Jerome's abdominal area, she moned in pain falling to the ground. Lia tried to run and help him only to be stopped in her tracks .

"I don't get it, you're supposed to be one of the most powerful beings, but you can't even harm little ol' me" he mocked her, she couldn't move .he walked towards her. "You're pathetic. A pathetic little girl " he laughed.

"Let me free and I'll show you pathetic, you prick " she scolded, she felt her blood boil as she looked at the man that stood before her, the man that took her father away from her forever, the man that took her mother away . She felt nothing but hate for him, to her the value of his life didn't even measure up to that of a come cockroach.

"We could have finished this months ago if you just agreed to giving it to me, but you just had to be so difficult "he mused, he held her chin, and she spit in his face causing him to push her face to the side. He whipped the spit off his face and smiled.

"I'll forget you did that " he said as he grabbed her arm and started to chant siphoning her power, she felt her power being drawn from her. She tried to resist then it dawned on her, she'd just give it to him, all of it.

She closed her eyes and started chanting over and over again, the wind started to blow vigorously as she kept chanting, her eyes turned white and both of them started to float in mid air.

Magnus started to feel the power flow through him, more and more. He was getting exactly what he wanted. She hand started drawing power from the three moons in the realm.

Thunder roared and lightning strike all around them, till over a dozen portals appeared around. Portals that lead to different realms, she kept chanting and without realizing she was siphoning energy form the moons of different realms ,and all of it was going into Magnus' body.

"What's happening? " he asked he's body couldn't take the amount of energy he was siphoning. He had started to bleed through his nose, mouth and eyes.

"I'm giving you what you wanted bitch " she grinned as his body started to be engulfed in a blaze of light. A flash of images started playing through her head, images that felt like distant memories as slowly came down to the ground and feel unconscious.
