Chapter 16

Liz looked into Rafe's eyes and said, soft but clear, "I'm sorry Rafe."

Rafe stood there, confusion clearly written on his face. "Liz, what are you talking about?"

Liz didn't reply, she looked around the small little study and grabbed something and swung it at Rafe's head. Rafe let out a small cry and fall to the ground with a bit of blood dripping down his head. Liz took out the necklace that is hanging around Rafe's neck and stood up to leave, he glanced back fearfully not sure if leaving here is the best choice but she had to get him out of the way. Muttering another slient apology, Liz ram out of the room. She opened the door and saw Lewis lying on the bed but still awake.

"The necklace?" Lewis sat up straight and asked immediately once he saw Liz.

Liz nodded and a bit reluctantly gave the necklace to Lewis.

"No! Liz don't give it to him!" Dan burst through the door and panted.

On instinct, Liz grabbed the necklace back and hid it behind her back. She watched Lewis' expression and he looks kind of annoyed.

Dan reached Lewis and pushed him against the wall. Lewis twist and got away from Dan's grip and dragged Liz out of the room. Dan groaned and ran after them.

"GIVE IT!" Dan heard Lewis yelled as Liz screamed.

Dan hurried and ran straight into Lewis, the blow not even seems to hurt. Lewis took out his sword and swung it Dan, aiming at his heart but in the nick of time, Dan turned and Lewis drew a deep line down from his chest to his stomach.

"Liz, don't..let him get the necklace! Trust...me!" Dan yelled at Liz and telling her to run.

He flung himself at Lewis to prevent him from getting to Liz. Lewis elbowed him and Dan staggered backwards. Dan didn't have any weapons on him and all he could do is rely on his vampire strength and agility. The wound in his chest has already started to heal and Dan could feel himself getting stronger and quicker. Lewis groaned in exasperation and pushed him away and ran to open the windows, as wide as they could go. Dan ran to Lewis in full speed when he saw what Lewis is doing. He tired turning away but it was too late, sunlight shone on his pale white face and he started to burn. Dan dropped to the floor gasping and rolling in pain. He screamed and shrieked for help and tried to crawl out of this place.

"Not even a chance!" Lewis laughed his million dollar laugh.

Dan felt all power he had in his body drained and he fall back, no energy to fight back to Lewis and he felt darkness eating him up.

*Just now at Matt's room*

"I need to safe him!" Dan yelled.

"You're going to die," Matt said matter of factly.

Dan retorted, "I don't give a damm!" And out he goes.

"Damm Dan and his reckless plans," Matt sighed and groaned in exasperation.

Matt had no choice and ran out of his room and tried in vain to find him. He took the lift the down and stepped into the lobby of the hotel but he looked into the sunlight in front of him. Where on earth did Dan go? Matt looked left and right before he sighed and stood there, not daring to step out into the sunlight.

"What do you mean it's wrong?" Ty moaned and covered his face.

"Dolphins aren't cute! That's why it's wrong!" Landon argued back to Ty.

"THEY ARE CUTE!"

"ARE NOT!"

"YES!"

"NO!"

This went on forever until Ty stopped, almost exhausted from fighting with Landon.

"Did you hear that? It sounds like someone is screaming.." Ty lept out of bed and went to check.

I have just gone crazy!! Like 2 Chapters in a day? In like less then 5 hours? I'm insane! Anyways, sorry cause this chapter is pretty short cause I wanted suspence..hehe *has an evil smile on my face*

Just want to say that most probably, the next chapter is the last one for this story & at most the next next one so yea:((

Hopefully can finish this story by tmr or something and then I MIGHT be starting the sequel, >3

And I just added the last part for fun just wanna add something funny in my story even though when I read it, I didn't even laugh but :((
