Well, just watch out the next week...you might be getting more chapters quickly...
I quickly celebrated as I finally got to Olympus, and from what the books say, it is quiet beautiful.
I got to the golden gates, which glows even more than the pictures shown, I'm almost blinded by the light.
I sighed, praying my little relation to Hades can get me through the gates, as only immortals can go through.
"Mal"
I turned to see Meg, with Hercules by her side.
"What are you doing here?" Meg asked, not even concerned about my appearance.
"I need to speak to Zeus" I said "It's about my father"
Meg looked at me confused but Hercules nodded.
"I can give permission to come into Olympus for the day" Hercules said "Even if you're half-god like myself. I can do that"
I smiled faintly.
"Thank you" I said.
"Whatever it takes to get you back home to Auradon" Hercules said, making me take a deep breath.
"Okay" I said "Thank you"
Meg and him bowed, making me confused.
"You are still in line for queen" Meg said.
I looked at her surprised.
"Even if the beast couple believe you are not fit, everyone else does" Hercules said "The council has your back, even Aurora"
"Really?" I asked.
"You saved her daughter once again, she was glad" Hercules said "Now go, Ben is waiting for you"
I shrugged it off as the gates opened, letting me in.
The architecture is amazing, the marble glowed bright in the light of the setting sun, the water flowing peacefully.
The grounds seem unusually quiet than I expected.
I followed the golden path towards the massive pavilion/temple like building.
This must be the throne room.
When I walked closer, I noticed two voices muffled, coming from the throne room.
The door was closed, so I couldn't hear it clearly.
"...I did what was best for my kingdom"
Zeus.
"From that it effected many more, and I know from when these events have unfolded you feel guilt"
Ben?
"I have yes" Zeus said "However my brother's nature was the reason for his curse. It calmed him down, however without the curse there would have been a chance for him to rise again which I could not rise as I almost lost my son"
"Because of that, his daughter is now endangering all our country" Ben said.
"Daughter?" Zeus asked, sounding oblivious.
I decided to make my entrance, not wanting to wait to hear this conversation being done without me.
I pushed the heavy doors open to reveal Ben and Zeus in the middle of the throne room, with their heads turned to me.
"Mal" Ben whispered as I came towards them.
