Her Secret

Pidge POV

As I walked to the training room I thought about her, Sage, the runaway techie but from what planet exactly? I don't think she ever actually said, But before I could think more into I was already in the training room and had to push it to the back of my mind. Shiro started the conversation and pretty much talked about Tolar's environment and how crowded it was. Until Keith said something about how peaceful the planet is. All of a sudden everyone was making theories about why the Galra hadn't invaded the planet. Lance realizing that I hadn't answered,

"Pidge why do you think it was so quiet?"

Since Lance pretty much called me out I had to answer so I said,

"I guess it was, I wasn't on the surface for too long because I had something I needed to tweak in my lion."

That and because Sage was in my lion and had pretty much following me in. Shiro realizing that the topic was dead and started talking about how easy the alliance was made with the Tolaran people. As he was finishing up checked the stopwatch I had set up so I wouldn't leave Sage in the lion alone for too long and realized it had been over two hours. Once Shiro truly stopped talking I rushed out of the training room to the green lion.

At the green lion

Green opened up and I pretty much ran to the cockpit. I got in there and she was sitting in my pilot chair messing around with some spare parts I had left in the cargo bay. As I realized she was fine I gave a sigh of relief and she turned to look at me. I thought she was mad at me so I apologized for taking so long I got here as fast as possible. She said now that you are here that means that I can see what the rest of this place looks like. A smile came to my face but quickly disappeared because I realized the team couldn't find out about her, not yet at least. I had no way to explain that I let her in my lion much less why I brought her to the castle.

Before leading her out I checked the time. Crap, there was about an hour before the rest of the paladins would usually be in their rooms asleep, longer if anyone decides to stay up. I had to do something to pass the time so we stayed in the lion a little longer and I told her a little about me, about Earth, and about the other paladins. I rambled on for almost two hours until I realized she had spent the whole time with her eyes closed like she was trying to imagine what they looked like. After I had finished talking she opened her eyes and asking,

"Do I get a tour now?"

I nod and say follow me but quietly everyone else is asleep. She stood up and followed me as I walked out of Green's hangar.
