Save Her

Robbie's POV
"Please, you have to save her. Please." I say to the paramedics as they put (y/n) onto a stretcher and wheel her into an ambulance. I climb into the back with her and I sob. I cant lose her.

Once again, I pull my phone out of my back pocket and I call Cat.

Cat!

Hiiii

Cat, I need you to call the others and meet me at the hospital.

Why? What happened?

(Y/n)...she tried to kill herself...

Oh my god! No!

Just hurry and call everyone.

Once we arrive at the hospital, (y/n) was wheeled into a hospital room and I was told to wait in the waiting area. The doctors told me they would come out and update me as soon as they can. I sink down into a chair and set my head in my hands. My heart is pounding so hard. I can't breathe. She can't die. She can't.

"Robbie!" Cat's voice snaps me out of my thoughts. I look up and see Cat, Tori, Jade, Andre, and Beck running towards me. Cat comes right to me and pulls me up into a hug.

"What happened?" Tori asked, he eyes brimming with tears.

"We were in a hotel and she saw the news story about how Jim escaped from prison. She promptly broke up with me, giving the ring back, and went back to the house to pack. She said she was gonna leave California. After a while, I decided I had to stop her so I went after her and when I got there, she was laying unconscious on the bathroom floor, with two two empty pill bottles. If I had just gone after her sooner. Or if I hadn't even let her leave in the first place-"

"Hey stop, don't do that to yourself. You had no idea. You couldn't have known." Jade interrupted. "Yeah man, you cant do that to yourself Rob." Andre adds.

"How is she doing?" Beck asks. "Uh...I don't know. She's in that room but the doctors wouldn't let me go in. They said they would update me when they can....god I can't lose her." More tears fall from my eyes and I grip (y/n)'s ring tight in my fingers and bring it to my lips.

Suddenly, I hear a loud beep from (y/n)'s room and more doctors run down the hall and barge through the door. I get up and follow them into the room. They try to keep me away. "NO!" I yell. "LET ME IN HERE!"

I stand by the door and watch as (y/n) flatlines. Tears soak my face as the doctors try to bring her back.

"Charge to 300! Clear!"
Nothing
"Again! Charge to 300! Clear!"
Nothing
"Bring it up to 350! Clear!"
Nothing
"Alright, charge to 400! Clear!"

Beep...beep...beep

I breathe a sigh of relief. My knees go weak and Jade catches me in her arms, turning me around and hugging me. "Hey Robbie, it's gonna be okay. She's gonna make it through this. They brought her back." I nod my head and she rubs my back, tightening her arms around me. "Jade, I'm scared." I whisper. "Jim is on the loose and (y/n) broke up with me and tried to kill herself to get away from him. What are we supposed to do? What if he finds her?"

Jade pulls back and looks at me. "Robbie, we need to take this one step at a time, okay. For now let's just let (y/n) get better and we'll go from there. The police are looking for him. They're doing their job. So you need to stay here with (y/n) and we'll support you in any way we can. Both of you."

"Okay. Thank you." I choke out.
