People say that if you cry, that you're weak. That isn't true, crying is expressing emotions in a physical way that  othe can see. I think that crying is powerful, because you're opening up you're emotins in  a way that most people are scared to do. Not crying and bottling up emotions whether it's saddness or anger is more damaging to yourself than you think. Hiding how you feel will only make them worse. It's always good to talk to someone about how you feel, even if you think it's pathetic and embarrassing. But, if you feel like you don't have a somebody, whether it's a parent, sibling, friend then I recommend writing in a journal. When you write about situations you've experienced and emotions that you hide, you feel more free and lightweight because you're excepting how you feel and what you're overcame. It's okay if you feel a little down, or get angry when something doesn't go right for you. If you feel like the world is against you, you're not alone. Feeling worthless is a common feeling that everyone experienced before or still are today. Everyone have bad days and good days, sometimes the bad overpowers the good, but know that everything happens for a reason. If you're in a tough situation, you can leave and overcome it. Everyone has right for there own happiness. Never stay in a toxic situation if it harms you more than jt should. You're happiness is out there, you just need to find it. You're worth it, you're beautiful, you're strong, and you're amazing.
