Take a deep breath, put down your phone, go to a quiet place. Whether it's in your room or outside somewher away from loud noises, like public places and traffic. Somewhere like near a river/beach or a park.
Close you're eyes and listen to some r&b, classical or jazz.
Stay away from social media and detox your mind. Stop comparing yourself to others who are most likey putting up an act like there happy and living an amazing life. There most likey insecure and struggle with personal problems. Nobody is perfect.
Most likey nobody is secretly judging you. They're mostly having they're own problems to deal with.
No one is out to get you, you're going to be okay.
Drink tea, nothing that has caffeine. Stay away from coffee. Caffeine heightens anxiety, so drink tea and lots of water. Some tea that eases the mind and helps calm the mind is valarian, chamomile,gree tea,lavender,lemon balm.
Have a stress toy to carry outside to ease your mind and anxiety or anger.
Have a journal to carry around and write your feelings out. Doing that feels like you're light as a feather and you'll feel calmed.
In a journal write all good and happy, uplifting things to remove all the bad thoughts.
