Do something you like. Not what others want/expect from you.Exercise/yoga on a scheduled routine. When you do a physical activity, you're releasing all that stress,anger and anxiety. You'll feel more free and less uptight.
Eat healthy, eat fruits and veggies daily and make sure you reach you're daily calorie intake. If you don't eat and drink enough, you're weakening your immune system and damaging your organs. You live once, take care of the body your given by god.
Have a hygiene routine. Brush teeth 2x daily, shower daily or ever other day, brush hair when waking up and before bedtime, wash face and skincare routine 2x daily.
Get out of bed more and do something more proactive. Like, go on a walk, go to the library and a read a new book, donate and help the less fortunate.
Pamper yourself at least once a week.
Get enough sleep, sleep early and don't sleep in.
Organize your room/home.
Say good things about yourself in front of the mirror outloud.
Find what gives you anxiety and stress, and stay away from it. Or face it head on.
Avoid and bad thoughts about yourself and say something more positive and distract yourself from it.
Be more honest about yourself and you mental health. If you need help, know your not alone and go to therapy.
Have better self indulgence:
Watch a happy, funny movie and binge on childhood shows and laugh at how stupid it is. Listen to some good music, more upbeat if your feeling a little sad.
Draw random things, or sketch your emotions. Bake or cook something healthy. Dance stupidly and shake those hips. Decorate your room, put more color, like yellow and purple. Not black or white.
