Switch Destiny

Chapter 9

It was cold. Zhan Yao's skin was freezing under the heavy weather, he could feel racing raindrops falling on him. It was more like a mist blurring his vision, making everything look gloomy and grey. In the cold his body was shivering being in his soaked clothing.

He was standing there not moving his eyes for hours. In front of his house door, Zhan Yao kept recalling memories of the old woman who raised him with all love and care. He wanted to knock at the door and scream the word "granny" out loud and wait for a loving response.

The only thing that indicated he can not call her name or go inside was the police yellow straps that were pasted all over the place. Zhan Yao constantly comes here to visit the place, crying his heart out loud before someone came running and threw a coat on his back.

"You are going to give me a heart attack" Bai Yu Tong looked extremely angry that he forgot what kind of situation his lover was in to shout at his broken fragile soul. Yu Tong had to endure all of this and keep an eye on Zhan Yao all the time and to everywhere he goes.

"This life is cold and cruel" Zhan Yao voiced desperately before Yu Tong looked sharply into his eyes.

"I am here for you and this is a solid reason enough for you to stay alive. I was living worse than a dog eventhough I had everything. I just wanted to die once because being wealthy was a curse. There was nothing good in my life except for my nanny and now you" Bai Yu Tong took a deep breath and added.

"I know it's hard for you but you are not alone, I am here to be your family, your friend and everything you want me to be. I will make you survive this crisis wether you like it or no, Zhan Yao please think about your futur, think about...........me" Zhan Yao jumped to hug Bai Yu Tong before he could hear his last statement.

Bai Yu Tong's voice sounded so confident making his lover feel more than secure. He had some power over Zhan Yao and could easily control him. He escorted him into the car and drove back to the dormitory as fast as he could since their clothes were wet from the strong rain. He turned on the heater and watched over Zhan Yao who was looking through the glass window until he fell asleep.

Bai Yu Tong was driving before he got a sudden call from a certain someone. He was planning something according to him, it was his gentle revenge since he was a nice person. The man on the phone was discussing some plan with him that will be soon executed to eliminates some rats in his dormitory.

"Are you sure you gonna use this method?" The man asked.

"I assume my statement was clear, I want you to do that while they are out. I will let you get inside their rooms easily. And about the CCTV, I will handle it"  Yu Tong's voice was stern and determined. He ended the call and then called for his beloved nanny so he can talk to her for a bit. These days he was kinda busy with Zhan Yao.

"Do not worry ma'am, we will make sure to close the case as soon as possible" the lawyer of the elegant lady was reassuring that such a matter was trivial for him to deal with. He then added as he was ordered to take care of the person in jail.

"I made sure he never gets to meet with his son. The police said that Zhan Yao came twice to prison but they told him his dad refuses to see him for no reason, he looked devastated" As he said that a wicked smile was painted on the evil woman's face as a satisfaction for taking control again over the chaotic situation.

"Excuse me please" She quickly picked up the phone. She felt her heart beating when she heard his voice, her beloved son. Closing her eyes and listenig to his lovely kind  words while she couldn't suppress her tears from coming down. She always misses him.
