Hanji's POV

Levi was already healed. Yes, he still holds those scars on his chest, but they no longer hurt him anymore. His hand was completely healed as well. No more sensitive scars that would open back up with movement. He was healed and back on his feet. Now, he was protective wherever he was.

Either it was the lunchroom or the classroom, he followed me everywhere. Whenever a guy would try to talk to me, he would scare them off by threatening them. Sometimes, he would even kiss me to prove I was taken. It's a cute thing of him to do, but it rose a lot of questions. I guess those questions brought those agents into the university.

Levi was holding on my hand during our biology class when those agents walked in. A male and a female. The female quickly whispered a few words to my teacher before she nodded her head. "Levi Ackerman, please come down."

As per usual, he didn't budget. He ignored her.

"Mr. Ackerman, I do not have the luxury to waste my time on you. I need to teach this class."

He hasn't move or twitched a bit. I leaned in forward, feeling those stares on me. The stares to get my boyfriend moving before I encounter the teacher's rage. "Levi, go. I'll be fine." He grunts in reply, walking down to the agents. They left together, but Levi left with this plea of fear in his eyes. He wasn't afraid he would be arrested, but afraid I'll be hurt in this process.

Everyone gave me glares- almost like they were happy. Did his behavior... scared the others that badly...? I won't be able to cure him without him... all I would have is his baby. Class continued on, and I didn't see Levi for awhile. Yet the kids were so happy about it. Did they... arrest him quietly? No... Levi's an adult. He's no longer a child. He would have his rights read to him. Unless... they talked about it when they were away from the classroom. Why am I panicking...?

Brrrring!

I jumped at hearing that bell ring. Was class really over? Everyone quickly rushed for the door, for some cheered that they no longer had to attend classes for the rest of the day. I could've walked away and forgotten Levi... but I didn't. I turned heel and walked over to the teacher.

"Professor Lance, why was Levi dismissed early today?"

She sighed heavily, removing her glasses. "Ms. Zoe... I do not know how to word this properly, so I'll tell you the truth. The students and some of the staff are afraid of your boyfriend's behavior lately. And especially with the murders in the last few months, some agents want to confirm it was not your boyfriend's doing."

"But... what happened to Erwin was not his fault! He was defending himself. Defending me after what happened. That wasn't his fault!"

"I know it was deemed like that, Ms. Zoe." She says with a hesitant tone. From that, I concluded that this wasn't gonna go the way we planned it to be. "But with the suspicious drowning of Gunther Shultz, the agents began their investigation on Mr. Ackerman because of that. I don't know anything else because that is what they told me, Ms. Zoe. If you like more information, get in contact with the agents."

I nodded my head, "Then that's exactly what I'm gonna do."

Agent Locks' POV

"It's quite simple, Ackerman," I growled throwing my hands onto the steel table, "where were you on the night of Gunther Shultz's death?!"

No matter how much I tried to intimidate him, he stayed still. He didn't flinch or anything. Ever since we took him from that classroom, he's been in this stage of apathy. But when we saw him in that classroom, he was so lively. From our little investigation, he has a girlfriend: Hanji Annita Zoe. If we're lucky... he would be bound to her. If he is... we can bring her here and get him to reveal the truth.
