Chapter 13 + Chapter 14

Me and my pokemon kinda crowded around the egg. After the egg hatched everyone looked at Deerling happily, and I though sense it felt fear. "Everyone give Deerling some room," I said. Trying to ease the fear for the newly born Deerling.

I smiled at the new pokemon. "Hi honey," I called them. "Welcome to life!"

"Deer?" Deerling tilted it's head confused, though it's not a suprise, I just hatched and everything is so new to them.

"Thank you Nurse Joy for the help," I said looking away from the Deerling as I pet it's warm soft head.

"It was no trouble, please take care!" Nurse Joy said before going to help other trainers.

"Okay Ari, Baby, return," I told them. I took out an empty pokeballand let it rollinto the palm of my hand for Deerling to smell.

"Deer?" Deerling tilted their head as they sniffed the pokeball. Their nose made contact with the center dot and went in.

"Oh," I said suprised as the Deerling decided to stay inside. I let out a laugh. "Well you seem very comfortable now huh?" I said.

"Deerling!" She responded happily.

"Thats good to know," I said. "Well how 'bout we go then?" I asked Lucario and Deerling and they agreed.

We all walked together and I heard faint Rhyhorn cries in the distance. "Right," I said. "I forgot Rhyhorn races happened not that long ago."

I smiled, "How about we fast track it to Lumiose City huh?" I asked Lucario and Deerling.

They both agreed excitedly. "Alright then let's go!" I said as I started running.

Lucario was the fastest. It didn't suprise me especially after that battle I had with him. "Don't go too fast Lucario!" I said keeping my pace slow so I didn't leave Deerling far behind.

Deerlings soon past me so I increased my speed. Soon enough Deerling and I were practically racing each other. Soon I slowed down as I was starting to feel my muscles starting to really get at me. "Slow," I huffed, "down you," I huffed again, "two." I coughed. Then I tried to get my breathing back to normal. The other two stopped an came back to me. "I think the best idea would be to speed walk it should only take us another two minutes if we do that."

The two agreed with me finally showing their exhastion from the running now. So we sped walk to Lumiose City and I saw Ash, Serena, Bonnie and Clemont.

"Hey!" I shouted now running towards them. "Perfect timing, I actually have a new team as you can see right now." I said giving them each a hug then patting Lucario and Deerling's head."This is Lucario and Deerling my most recent pokemon," I said. "Lucario actually evovled quickly after I could it but I think that's because we bonded before I even caught it." I explained.

"That's amazing!" Clemont said. "Lucario only evolve with high friendship, and the fact it didn't take long to evolve means it had to have already had high friendship before even catching it!"

"After I brought to the pokemon center to get rest after finding it exhasted yeah," I said.

"Wait you found it exhasted?" Ash asked.

"Yeah, two guys abused him almost to the brink of death. But Lucario trusted me enough to finally show weakness when it was Riolu and fainted. I brought it to the pokemon center as soon as I could. The guys later try to steal Riolu from the pokemon but I scared them off. By then a crowd had formed in the lobby and they thought I was strong, but one guy with purple hair thought Riolu was weak and that he would beat me if I caught Riolu. So I did and he used his Gothitelle and during the battle Riolu evovled and soon after we won."
