Two days later. I decided to visit the company it's been a long time since that I came here. Everything is so different and to be honest, I miss this whole office vibe. I parked the car and when I moved out,

"Mr. Sanders!" Mr. Jones, our building security said surprised.

"Hi! Mr. Jones!" I said politely. "Have a nice day!" I added like the way I used to whenever I arrived at the office.

"We miss you, sir!" He added smiling, "I'm glad your fine now." He said and I just gave him a tap on the shoulder and smile.

I walked in and there the whole office is still the same. But as soon as, Lana saw me on the lobby,

"Oh my gosh!" She said and hugged me unexpectedly. "Welcome back, Roran!" She added as she departed.

"Thank you, Lana! I miss the whole office thing. How is the company going?" I asked while we walked upstairs.

"The production is still in it's consistency and good thing is Mr. Lambert, always sent his production on time." Lana said.

"Thank you for maintaining the ambiance." I said praising them for their hard work while I was not around.

We arrived at the main office and there I saw the team. I told Lana to not tell them about my presence so I can surprise them. They're all busy talking and facing the laptop and then discussing the possible effective way to distribute the production then,

"Good day, everyone!" I said giving them all the jaw drop I expect,

"Roran!" Drake said hugging me, "Come on, men! I miss you!" He said and I felt that so much.

"I miss you too!" I simply answered and smile. "How's everyone?" I asked.

"Are you real?" Brenda said smirking and hugged me. "I miss you!" She added.

"I miss you too!" I answered.

"We're all doing great, Roran." Clarisse said smiling then her reaction shifted, "Just that something's are not going to be the same again without Arielle." She added.

Clarisse has a point. I might be back but the old us like we had before will never be the same anymore, knowing we don't have Arielle around.

"We all miss Arielle, but I know she'll come back to us." I said smiling.

Later that day, I went to my office and the things I left on the desk the night Maya called me to take Arielle home is still there untouched and got stuck with dust. I moved it out and accidentally a piece of paper drop on the floor and when I read it,

"Hi, Arielle! I'm sorry if I kissed you while we are in the middle of our business trip, but I hope I just said it before I did what I did. That I'm starting to like you."

This is the piece I wrote back then after the Canada business trip, that Arielle starts to get a sour connection with me. I got anxious about me thinking that Arielle is avoiding me when I value our friendship the most at that time. I wish I could turn back time and say these words before. Going to Arielle's office and saw the emptiness of the entire office. No life, no more mean and arrogant Arielle inside. I saw her picture on the table and stared at it, when,

"Ahem!" I looked behind and saw Lana. "Checking her picture?" Lana said.

"Yea!" I simply said. "Arielle is just so different." I added sat on the sofa.

"Yea! She's literally different." Lana added, "I knew you like her." She added.

"How'd you know that?" I said speechless.

"Hmmm… Brenda thought, and same with Stella. Then add me on that." Lana said smiling.

"Do you think that's to obvious?" I asked,

"For me, it's not that obvious but I could sense that you are." She said. "You know, girls had this instincts that is so strong that without mentioning it we can easily recognize it." She added.

"Do you think Arielle felt that?" I asked.

"I don't know, she'd not share it before but I know if she did, she will feel it everyday even though your not around." Lana added.

"I hope she did the same way, as much as I do." I added,

"Roran?" Lana called, "Have you thought of going to California to know what really happened to Arielle?" She asked,

"I've thought about it actually. Like everyday and every night, I even had this flashing back of memories and I dreamed of her just last night." I said straight.

"Wow! That's a severe sign of love." Lana said smiling.

"Yea! I got anxious about the thought of it, anyway." I added and smile.

"Do you think Arielle was still…" Lana said hesitating to say a word, "You know, if she's still... Alive?" Lana asked,

"I think she is alive because she's a strong person." I simply answered. "But you know what, I've always wanted to see her I'm just thinking of when and how." I stated,

"There's always time for new things." Lana said.

"I'm not sure, I guess." I simply answered,

"Yes! I am hundred percent sure of it and you should believe it too." She said and smile.

I don't know when is the chance Lana talking about but I'm always hoping to had that chance to happen. I want to see Arielle this bad.
