"oi where do you think you're going?" minhyuk said in an accusatory tone, pointing at the lanky guy putting his shoes on while his so called friend stood there and waited for him.
"out for a walk," hyungwon answered not looking up at his housemate. he then took hoseok's hand to pull himself up off the ground.
"dumbass you're gonna get shanked if you go out at this hour."
"we'll be fine, though thanks for worrying mom," he started to unlock the door while still holding hoseok's hand.
"okay but i want a proper introduction to your boyfriend when you get back," he said before walking back up the stairs as the pair left.
they walked up the street closer to the city center, however they didnt go in the direction of the shops at all; there was really no point as no shops were open at the ungodly hour of 4am. they instead walked to a river, completely forgetting that hyungwon said no rivers.
the river was illuminated by the moonlight shining through the willows planted along the riverside, decorating the levées.
suddenly, wonho let go of hyungwon's hand and started running towards a willow with low hanging branches and grabbed onto them as he jumped, using the branches as a swing.
hyungwon laughed at the older's childish behavior, but proceeded to follow him and do the same, except he didnt have as good of a grip on the bunch of branches and he ended up falling.
"oh shit, are you ok??" hoseok let go of the branches and ran over to the taller. he offered him a hand while waiting for a response to his question.
"yeah i'm fine," hyungwon said, taking his hand and then cleaning the dirt off his jeans, "by the way i just remembered something."
"what is it?"
"will you be my boyfriend?"
