~Epilogue~I'm not very good at Journaling, but I've been told it helps with your memory, so I'm trying it out.
A whole Month had passed when I'd left Terrence's home.
Nathaniel had taken me back to his home, which I hadn't expected What was there. It was like it's own pack lands, but the way they did things was very different. There were no Alphas, no Omegas. We did our best to get along, though there were a lot of fights here. Most of them were resolved by the Elders. The one who were basically in charge. But they were more like babysitters than Alphas. They gave us gentle pushes every once and a while, but they didn't control us at all.
Nathaniel went out on patrols every once and a while, but he tried to stay mostly out of trouble. We'd sealed our bond pretty quickly after I came home with him.
One of the Elders has obliged us.
Now plenty of weeks had passed and we lived together in a beautiful little house.
I did my best to keep it clean, and Nate helped out too, we had a small garden. It definitely wasn't much, I wasn't blessed with a green thumb. But I got help from other rouges that lived nearby, occasionally.
Recently, Terrence was seen around the edges of our 'territory' he wasn't caught, but he never got too close.
I never looked for him, he was something I desperately wanted to put in the past. Interestingly enough, while I was completely fine with putting my past behind me, Nate occasionally went to my old home to visit his sister, her name was Heather.
As it turns out, she was Jacob's mate, poor thing, she'd gotten him to let Nate go when he'd almost been sentenced to death. But in return she had to stay with the Alpha. And by now he was Alpha of my old pack.
I pretended not to care, but really, I worried for Heather sometimes. But each time, Nate comes back, he's smiling, so I guess she's probably ok.
And something else has happened, recently, I've been feeling a sort of presence, nothing bad! But, it's making me both nervous and excited.
I think, I might be..."Moon."
I looked over my shoulder.
"Yes?"
"Come here real quick, I need your help." Nate called from the kitchen.
I smiled looking back at my journal.
"Be right there!"I don't know how I'll tell him, I want to make sure first.
But I guess that's all,
Um, Good Bye I guess.I closed the book and put it in my dresser drawer, getting up and heading into the kitchen.
"What are you doing?" I giggled seeing my mate balancing a bunch of dishes.
"Trying to clean the cupboards, mind giving me a hand?" He asked and I nodded.
"Ok, here, hand those to me."
