One in a million| RINI

Soulmate pt 2

It's been three days into the week so far and Nini was upset because she had four more days into the week until her and Ricky could be together.

Some may think that she's overreacting since it's only been three days but Ricky would always give her winks, kiss her on the cheek when she wasn't looking and give her back hugs but anytime she would try to kiss him he would always say no and hold up however many fingers of the days they have left.

"It's been very frustrating knowing that your soulmate is right in front of you but you can't be together because he's dumb!" Nini said to Carlos, who was enjoying this whole situation.

"He just wants revenge." "But it's not my fault he didn't find out that we were soulmates, he could've just asked me..." Nini said. "Ricky is the type of person who needs to think things through before finding them out."

Nini could hear Red and Ricky in the distance. "Carlos, hide me, I don't feel like seeing his gorgeous face at the moment!" Nini said. Carlos then looked at Ricky and shouted for him to come over. Nini rolled her eyes and gave Carlos a glare. 

"Well hello NSR!" Ricky said and Red thought for a moment. "What does NSR stand for?" They all looked at him. "Nini Salazar Roberts." "That's your last name?" They all look at Red with a concern look. 

"Hello my pretties!" Gina says and pushes Ricky aside to hug Nini. "You see this Ricky, she's mine now!" They all laugh. "I'm gay for you Nini." "Don't worry, someone is being a big meanie so i'm yours!" Ricky rolls his eyes and hugs Red. "Well he's mine!" 

They all looked at Ricky like he was insane. "Yeah, I felt weird too." Ricky said.

"Nini, are you going to the red room later?" Carlos asked and Nini nodded. "But why, we need to go shopping, all my shoes are ruined!" Gina said. "How?" Red asked. "One pair got stepped on, another pair got dirty from mud, another pair I lost, another pair I think I threw away, anoth-" "Okay, we get it." Ricky's phone than began to ring.

"Sorry guys, gotta take this!" He walked away. "That's the fourth call since yesterday." They all looked at Ricky but couldn't tell what emotion his faced had. "I hope he's moving so I can keep Nini all to myself!" Gina said. "Don't make me tell Ej your flirting with me again." Gina laughs. 

"Guys, I gotta go, see you later." Ricky waved goodbye at them and Nini frowned. "Don't worry, something important could have happened!" "Maybe his Mom came back from Chicago?" They all agreed but Nini was still worried.

It's been all four days and Ricky has skipped each day and day by day Nini was getting more worried. "Maybe he's just sick?" Sebby said. "Yeah, but he wouldn't miss today!" Ashlyn said, "Why?" "Today's the day him and Nini can officially be together..." Ashyln told him. "Well actually they could've been together awhile it's just Ricky's extra." Gina said and Ej gave her a nudge on the shoulder. 

"Are you okay Nini, you haven't said a word yet?" Kourtney asked and Nini nodded. "Maybe sebby is right, he could be sick?" Nini then thought for a moment. "Maybe tonight I could go visit him!" Nini said and they all agreed. 

"Lets just hope he's okay..."  Nini thought.

"Mom I'm gonna go to Ricky's to check on him." Carol nodded, "Keep your phone on you at all times and please stay safe!" Nini nodded. 

Nini walked out of the door and began walking towards Ricky's house. Many thoughts raced around her head. She thought he could have been injured and had to stay home or he actually is sick. She was worried his Mom was back because then she could have been disturbing a peaceful family moment. 

Nini took a deep breath and walked up to his door. She knocked on the door not to loudly and waited for him to answer. She waited at the door for awhile and then finally decides to text Ricky. 

She texted Ricky and waited for a response but was just left on read. Nini sighed and looked back at the house and noticed Ricky's light on.

"So he's home, why did he ignore my text?" Nini whispered to herself. She then looked back at her phone and pressed the call button.

"What Nini?"

"What's wrong, I can see your room light on and you sound upset."

"I'm just not in the mood..."

"I'm coming up and don't try to argue with me!"

Ricky sighed and Nini hung up the phone. She opened the door to the house and entered but was shocked to see the mess. There were pizza boxes and beer bottles around the living room. Nini took a step forward and looked down realizing she almost stepped on glass. She made sure to be careful when walking and walked up the stairs to Ricky's room.

She quietly opened the door and saw a sobbing Ricky on the bed. She ran to him and knelt down in front of him.

"Hey, Ricky look at at me." She said in a soft voice. Ricky looked at Nini and tried his best to smile at her but failed. "There splitting up, I thought they were soulmates but there colors changed, how is that possible?" 

Nini hugged Ricky tightly as he cried onto her shoulder. 

"Okay, Ricky calm down and tell me what's happening." Nini said but all his words were just a jumble. His breathing was getting heavier and picking up pace. "I-I can't breathe, Nini what's happening?!" 

Nini was in panic mode, she was guessing he was having a anxiety attack. She started to look for her phone but threw it on the bed when she saw it was dead. 

"Okay Ricky look at me." Ricky just closed his eyes instead dreaming everything to just go away. Nini had no clue what to do, she thought back to stiles and lydia from teen wolf, she prayed that it would work. 

She grabbed Ricky's face and he opened his eyes. Nini connected their lips and Ricky's eyes widen. Once they kissed his harsh breathing stopped and he began to calm down. She slowly disconnected their lips and now they were just staring at one another. 

"Well the four days are over."
