The sky was dark and cloudy, the smell of rain filled the air. The wind was bashing into the tower, trees struggling to fight the strong gusts of wind. Raven had tried to meditate for the past hour, she just couldn't concentrate for some odd reason. Figuring it was hopeless she let out an annoyed groan and threw herself onto her bed. She heard a high pitched scream, thinking someone was in trouble she bolted out of her room. "What happened! What's wrong?" She said as she looked around the alien princesses room. There was a trail of light red from the door to Starfire's bed. "The silkie has eaten my favorite lipstick." She said holding up Silkie and whipping his face that had red lipstick all over. Raven couldn't help but laugh in relief.

She made her way down to the main room and saw Cyborg playing bubble bots all by himself. "Robin and Garfield?" She asked walking towards the kitchen to make herself herbal tea. "Robin's in the evidence room, no idea on B." Cyborg said, not once taking his eyes off the screen. As Raven waited for her tea, she heard a few grunts coming from the air vents. It couldn't have been Robin and Star having another make out session, it definitely wasn't Cyborg, it had to have been Beast Boy. "Is Beast Boy in his room?" She asked stirring her tea. "Nah I don't think so." Cyborg answered never taking his eyes off the screen again, not even once. If he wasn't in his room, or playing video games, or in the kitchen eating that left one place in the house he had to have been. In the arena.

Raven was studying Beast Boy. He had changed so much since he had joined the team. Not just in looks, in the way he carried himself, the way he seemed to mature, and his fighting skills. She knew he had gotten better in hand to hand combat, but she never knew he was this good. He could have easily been competition for Robin. He was sparring with one of the boxing bots Cyborg had programmed. Beast Boy seemed to have brought a whole new meaning to 'float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.' His foot work was impeccable, his punches and jabs seemed to go at lighting speed. He was throwing in mixed combo's like a pro, bobbing and weaving whenever the boxing bot tried to get in a hit. He had his boxing gloves on, his head mask, his mouth guard... Basically everything except his shirt. Raven couldn't help but notice the way his muscles looked when he threw jabs at the boxing bot, they seemed to glisten in the dim lighting. He was no longer the scrawniest kid on the team, no longer the shortest. However, he was still the most annoying person on the team. Even though he was still as goofy as he was before, he knew when it was time to be serious. Something about Beast Boy intrigued Raven. He had grown a lot taller than her, he was around 5'11. He had gained more muscle, became less of a annoyance, and even got a deeper voice that Raven found attractive in a weird kind of way.

She was so busy thinking of how Beast Boy had changed that she never even noticed him slowing down dramatically. In the blink of an eye, Beast Boy fell to the floor. Raven dropped her cup and ran to him. She removed his mouth piece and head gear then gently lifted his head onto her lap. "Beast Boy wake up." She said trying to remain calm. She levitated a ice cold water bottle and towel to her side. She poured the entire bottle on him. He woke up with a startled look. "What the fu.. Raven? Why am I wet?" He said trying to sit up. Raven slowly pushed him back down. "You fainted, my guess from dehydration." She said calmly, handing him the towel. "That still doesn't explain why I'm wet." He said giving her a playful smile that would melt any girl's heart. "I threw water on you in hopes you would wake up, it worked." She said giving him a small but meaningful smile. Beast Boy couldn't help but get lost in her big brown eye's. She rarely smiled, but when she did... It was enchanting. "You have a nice smile. You know that?" Beast Boy said sweetly staring into her eyes. Just as she was about the say something, the alarm went off. "Duty call's Garfield." She said pulling her hood over her face.
