Jireh's Point Of View (P.O.V)

I'll be there shortly', I ended the call with Yomi as I continued to knot my tie agressively while walking towards my garage. I got in and hopped into my BMW M5, my fiancee's favorite.

The automobile interiors reminded me of her as soon as I got into it. Her smell still lingers in it's interiors, especially the driver's seat, where she sat the last time we drove it out. She steered us to pay her aunt a visit, while I finalized some deals online.

I inhaled deep and let out a sigh, licked my lips and placed a hand on the driver's seat, patting it and smiling a little bit.

I pressed start the car and set it in motion, towards BMCL, on a reasonable speed, inhaling my fiancee's lingering smell as much as possible and hoping to see or hear from her soonest.

I got to the business building, where immense renovation works were being carried out by over a 150 labourers, intending to transform the building to a storey. Within 14 days.

I walked into the building, the already existing part of the building rather, now the ground floor, dressed in a royal blue suit jacket and fitting royal blue pant, with an underlining mint colored, short sleeved cotton shirt, properly buttoned up. A royal blue tie hung around my neck, my suede loafer, blue as well. All these, perfectly matched and coupled with a  golden wrist watch, without a belt.

I trekked past the receptionist by the left, nodding my head as a response to her greeting, the secretary's cabin by the right, waving at her, and the other staff occupying their various little see-through cabins, I smiled weakly at them and walked further into my own office.

The on-going renovation, financed by Supreme Royals, our number one cotton buyers, commenced some days ago, after a few delegates from the company paid a visit to our office and noticed the small sizes of our cabins which were occupied by two or more staff. They termed it as 'overcrowding', and volunteered to renovate our office so as to make large cabins for our staff and provide more cabins for our new staff as well. Because we are running short of staff and need to employ more.

Offices for the  members of the board of directors too will be made provisions for.

I sat behind the large oak desk, looked around the office to see it has been cleaned, and also caught sight of a few new files sitting on the table in front of me. I pressed a few digits on my desk phone, to call Yomi's desk phone and held the receiver to my ears, while it rang.

'I'm in', I said short and straight and relaxed in my black, tyred, foamy armchair, waiting for Yomi to walk in together with the clients. Our new business partners.

'Good morning sirs', I greeted the four able bodied men that walked into my office gracefully with an all forced smile.

'Good morning', the men sang uniformly, stretching their hands towards me and I shook them consecutively, leading them to the right side of the office where the couches sat and offering them seats.
