Dear Diary,

We're fostering puppies! That's right! I'M AN ANIMAL LOVER! Who knew that'd i'd love dogs and cats so much? I want to get a cat but Blobby is allergic to cat hair :( Bummer... Anyway, the puppies are adorable! They are only about a week old right now, twelve days old. We got them when they were two days old. They look like otters in a way. One looks like a bear cub. So cute! Their eyes are just starting to open today! Their eyes are such a pretty blue color, unlike mine. Mine are extremely light blue. Not dark blue. Drac's not so much of a dog lover that i am since they got Tinkles. He tolerates them which is a good thing. He let me get them because he can't say no to me ;) When i asked if we could foster puppies he said, "Whatever you want honey." He can be such a pushover sometimes. Now i hope he doesn't read this.. Back to the puppies. The mom is super nice. She walks into your lap and rolls over wanting you to pet her. Her name is Lettie. Weird name for a dog i say. I used to call her Tippy because i couldn't remember her name. The puppies look all the same because their all black. That's also weird because Lettie is BROWN. LIGHT BROWN!! That made me come to the conclusion that the dad had black fur. Or very very VERY DARK BROWN fur. Something like that. Their names are Luca, Loki, Logan, Lola, and Luna. Luna is the runt and is very tiny. The others look like giants compared to her. It's kinda sad. This also makes me wonder about genetics. The first question that popped into my head was: If me and Drac were to have a child, what would their hair color be? White or Black? Is Black the dominant trait in the situation as well? What about skin tone? Pale or tan? Curly hair or straight hair? Human or Vampire? Tall or Short? My mind exploded with questions. I do want answers, but i'm not ready for kids quite yet. He will understand, but i can't wait forever. Unless he bites me... Hmmmmm... I'll think about that. I forgot you were still reading! That sorta got personal there didn't it! Sorry! I'm almost at the end of the page! I gotta go feed Lettie! Write more later!!
