Dear diary,
So far the beach trip has been awesome! We saw so many dolphins and fish! Some dude even caught two baby sharks! We went paddle boarding out to the dolphins and they were five feet away from us! It was a amazing experience. We are also going to go jet skiing later! Anyways the trip has been going great, but the fun has to come to a end at some time, we are leaving on Sunday..but I don't want to. We also made a double decker float in the pool by stacking two floats on top of each other and sitting on them. It was pretty fun and we are going to take a family photo on the beach tomorrow night!
-story time-
"Let's stack the floats!" Dennis said, swimming over to the large pool float and struggling to pick it up. Ericka picked up the float with ease and looked down at Dennis who was treading water since we couldn't touch the bottom.
"Are you sure that a good idea?" She asked putting the float out of the pool.
"I want to be a sandwich!" Dennis exclaimed, hopping out of the pool and dragging the float to the stairs.
"I want to sit on the top!" Winnie chimed in, grabbing the other float and pulling it over to him. The floats were blue with black tiger stripes and a orange headrests that stood out. They put the bottom one facing up and the other one upside down on top so the person on the bottom would have at least some room to breathe. Winnie lifted the float so that Dennis could climb in and Winnie tried to control the giant floating masterpiece, but it was just to big. Ericka saw that they were struggling so she headed over to help them. She held it still and Winnie started to crawl on on her knees and got comfortable.
"You ok under there?" Ericka asked Dennis.
"I'm good!" Dennis said, his voice muffled. He stuck out a arm and gave a thumbs up. Ericka pushed them into the deep end and saw a beach ball and a pool noddles. She got an idea.
"Thank you for choosing Deluxe Cruising!" She said in her best peppy captain voice while throwing up the noddles, " now please enjoy the complimentary noodles!" Winnie yelped at the noodles,
"Wow thank you so much!" Winnie said sarcastically. Ericka grabbed the beach ball,
"Hit it!" She yelled, throwing it up at Winnie, who wacked it as best as she could with the noodle. She missed. "Good try." Ericka said, swimming over and grabbing the beach ball.
" LOOK OUT!!!!" Drac yelled from the lounge chairs. He tossed his towels down and ran over to the pools edge. He jumped in without missing a beat and just barely missed Ericka. She yelped as Drac yank her under the water. She slipped on her goggles and saw Drac chuckling. She pushed him and he pushed her back. They went tor the surface and helped Dennis and Winnie get off of the float....
So that was pretty fun!
The beach is cool,
Ericka
