Chapter eight: I think I'm in love

The next day, Sophie, Olivia and Leila were all talking on the bleachers watching practice "So I heard you went for dinner with my brother." Olivia said "Oh yeah it was nothing just wanted to catch up." Sophie said "I'm more surprised he had the balls to ask you out." Olivia said "What are you talking about?" Sophie asked "He had the biggest crush on you in middle school." Olivia said as if it should be obvious "Oh I remember that!" Leila said "When you weren't around he would ask us about you." Leila said "Really?" Sophie said "Yeah." Olivia said "You know now that I think about it didn't you have a crush on him too?" Leila said with a eyebrow raised "What?" Olivia said with a smile " I would never date him though he's your brother." she said " Don't worry about it. It would be totally fine if you guys dated." Olivia said "Yeah you guys are cute together." Leila said, Sophie couldn't help but blush. While in Italy she though she had gotten over her crush on Jordan but the minute she laid eyes on him her first day back she knew her heart still belonged to him.

Jordan's P.O.V

I took my helmet off and saw Sophie, Liv and Leila talking on the bleachers, Sophie looked over at me and smiled and waved I smiled and waved back, then she went back to talking with them but I kept looking "Dude you got it bad." Asher said with a grin patting me on the back "What are you talking about?" I said "You still being totally in love with Soph." he said "Dude shut up." I said shoving him lightly "Don't think I didn't notice you putting extra care into getting ready after practice, I mean dude you put on cologne." Asher said "I always do." I said "Not after school practices because you normally go home right away." he said "How did you know it was dinner? Or with Sophie?" I asked "Your sister told me." he said "Damnit Liv." I said, he just laughed "If you ask me dude I say go for it, she's cute." Asher said "Who's cute?" Spencer asked as he walked over to us "Great." I said rolling my eyes "Sophie Morgan." Asher said "You and Liv broke up?" he asked "No, not me. Jordan likes her. Has ever since middle school." Asher said "Okay you can shut up now." I said "Boys!" dad said blowing his whistle "Practice isn't over yet, let's move." he said, we all put our helmet's back on and jogged over to the rest of the team to keep on practicing. As I was practicing my eyes kept wandering to the bleachers, to Sophie and to my surprise my heart sunk when I watched her leave with Liv and Leila. Maybe I did still have some feeling for her after all, even after all these years.
