The next few days were hard but especially Jordan. All they're friends could tell that he really missed her. "God can she just forgive him already and just make up." Asher said shaking his head as he took a sip from his water "I think she first has to patch up her relationship with her parents before she can patch things up with Jordan." Olivia said as they watch Jordan's attempt to talk to Sophie, but it backfired. The minute she saw him she turned the other way, he was about to walk after her but stopped himself. He sighed "Hey stranger." he looked over and saw Simone "Hey." he said "What's going on with the two of you?" she asked "I think I really messed things up with her. I kept something from her that I shouldn't have and now I don't even know if she'll ever forgive me." he said "She will." Simone said "How do you know?" he asked "Please I noticed her watching you all of middle school and freshman and sophomore year, whatever you did, I'm sure she'll realize that you did it because you though it was for the best and because you wanted to help her and she'll take you back." Jordan smiled "And if not now then she'll really regret it later." Simone said with a smile "You wanna grab lunch?" Jordan asked "Yeah I'd like that." Simone said with a smile. They talked as they walked over to the cafeteria.

The first few days post breakup Sophie avoided not only Jordan but all their friends. Until Olivia and Leila had enough, after school one day they drove over to Sophie's house, when she opened the door she was surprised to see them "What are you guys doing here?" she asked "We know your avoiding us because you and my brother broke up." Olivia said "So instead of making you more uncomfortable by forcing you to hang out with all of us, we though maybe you'd let us hang out with you." Leila said "Middle school style." Olivia said, Sophie smiled with tears in her eyes, for the past few days she felt really alone and was tempted to go back to her old ways of not eating, but she stopped herself, she had come so far and she felt better than she had in almost a year so she stopped herself but she still felt lonely, especially watching her friends all hang out. To them middle school style meant a slumber party. She let them into her house and they headed straight for the living room. Sophie's parents fifty-five inch flat screen t.v and the biggest and comfiest couch that all three girls could fit there comfortably and sleep, that's where they normally slept at the sleepovers. They went over to the kitchen where Sophie and Olivia watched as Leila made cookies and s'mores. They made microwave popcorn and grabbed their own regular sized tub of ice cream and got comfortable and watched a movie, while doing their nails and talking "So tell mw how do you really feel about the whole breakup with Jordan?" Olivia asked "Good." she said, the other two girls looked at they're friend questioningly "I mean not good. But I feel like I made the right decision for me and him right now." Olivia raised her eyebrow "I don't think it Jordan would feel the same way." Olivia said "Really because I heard he was talking to Simone." Sophie said, Leila and Olivia exchanged a look "Wait are you jealous?" Leila asked "What? No." Sophie said "Yes you are! I know you. You act like you don't care, buy bringing up something about the other person or the situation that wasn't even part of the conversation." Olivia said with a smile "But Jordan was in the conversation." Sophie said "Yeah, but Simone wasn't." Olivia said "Shut up." Sophie said "You are jealous and you do miss him." Leila said "So? What if I do. JJ made it seem like he was really happy with Simone. I mean she lives with you guys." Sophie said "Not anymore, she moved back in with her parents." Olivia said, Sophie sighed "Well either way, he's obviously over me. I told you I was gonna mess this up. Now I don't even have a chance to fix this because he's moved on." Sophie said as she took a big spoonful of ice cream in her mouth.

Meanwhile over at the crew's regular hangout spot, the guys were all hanging out, playing pool, but as they all talked and laughed, having a good time, Jordan wasn't paying any attention to them, ever since Sophie gave him back the necklace he's just has had it in his jacket pocket, "Dude, dude." Asher said as he hit him hard on the back, Jordan snapped out of his thoughts "What's up?" JJ asked "Nothing." Jordan said "No, it's not nothing, he's sad because Sophie broke up with him." Asher said "Really Ash?" Jordan said "Well it is true." Asher said "Sorry man, I have to agree with Asher. At home you barely talk to anyone. And you walk around like...well like girls do when they just got dumped." Spencer said "Thanks." Jordan said annoyed "What about you and Simone, you guys had lunch together the other day." JJ said "No we're just friends that's it." Jordan said "Really because her body language said otherwise." JJ said "No, she knows how I feel about Sophie." Jordan said "Just go over there and apologize." Asher said "No, she wants me to give her some time, so," he said swiping his arms in front of himself "I'm keeping my distance." Jordan said "Okay," Spencer said with a look that said it 's a bad idea "But don't wait too long man or she just might end up moving on." Spencer said. The rest of the night Jordan couldn't stop thinking about what Spencer said about waiting too long.
