Noxious charges at Maniac, which causes Maniac to charge back in response. The two of them slashing their weapons of war back and forth at each other, a clash between the two of them that had nothing but offense - no defense at all. Their fight was a lot slower than the fight they had before, the energy they used to have was exerted before this clash between them.
While they were fighting. Shakespeare and Alexon were both floating in the air, Shakespeare sending forth flying swords at Alexon that knocks away the Spears of Death Alexon shot at him. This back and forth continues for a few moments, until Shakespeare smirks.
"Grand Wizard, your attacks are a bit slower than desired. If you want to have a chance at beating me - to break through my defense, you're going to want an increase in their speed."
Alexon nodded.
"I agree, Shakespeare. Increasing the speed of my Spears of Death is the only way that you will be defeated - using the Spears of Death method."
"So... what are you going to do about it?"
Alexon holds out his left hand and proceeds to use Turncoat on Shakespeare's swords, causing each of them to turn into grey because of Turncoat, before they shot backwards back at Shakespeare. Taking Shakespeare by surprise, and allowing most to miss besides one sword that penetrates through the side of Shakespeare, forcing Shakespeare to float down and land on the ground, stopping any more swords to be flung at Alexon - while he analyzed the wound.
Alexon continues to float above Shakespeare, looking down at him while his grey vortexes float above from behind him.
"Have you had enough, Shakespeare?"
Shakespeare couldn't help but chuckle when Alexon popped the question, and he continues to chuckle as he proceeds to pull his book from out of his side, writing down what had just happened only moments ago. Taking only a few minutes to write down the details of what had just happened, before putting the book away and looking back up at Alexon.
"Mmmm-- let me think."
Maniac fires a Red Apocalypse while fighting Noxious, causing a red nuclear blast to explode throughout the ruins of the Royal palace. Forcing Alexon to put up a grey shield to protect himself, a shield that he expanded over the area to protect Shakespeare.
"Thank you... Grand Wizard, I've been getting rather annoyed by the amount of Red Apocalypses that have been shot off today."
When the Red Apocalypse nuclear blast dissipates, Alexon lowers the shield and proceeds to look around at the chaos caused by the Red Apocalypse. He quickly came to the conclusion that nothing significant has changed, since the ruins were still ruins and any movable objects had just been moved around.
"I've been getting rather annoyed by it as well, Shakespeare. Since I had hoped the city wouldn't have been destroyed to the extent that it has been destroyed. Many of the buildings of the Capital City has been left in ruins, walls crumbled down, windows completely shattered--"
"Grand Wizard, I apologize for interrupting, but I must ask. How does the Inquisition plan to rebuild the Capital City?"
Alexon turns to Shakespeare.
"I'm not sure how the Inquisition will rebuild the Capital City, yet. But I do know one thing, fixing the Royal palace will be the last thing that we do. What did the Legion of Death intend?"
"The Legion of Death planned to destroy every single city on the continent of Orion, turning every city into nothing but ash and blood - leaving no remains of human civilization. Allowing the cities to be rebuilt from the ground up - into beautiful creations, beautiful creations that were absolutely perfect. Beautiful cities, where the elves of the world would be allowed to live in."
