Well, well, well, look who it is.

"I asked Aiden but he said he doesn't have your number."

Oh no, no, no, no.

"I thought I gave it to him... anyway, give me your phone." Asahi said and Trevor hands him his phone. I frowned and immediately stepped in.

"-oh! Hey, dude." Trevor greeted me as he noticed and Asahi turned around to look at me, his expression unreadable.

I sighed mentally and gave Trevor a curt nod. "What's up?" I asked casually and Trevor grinned happily. "Nothing much." He said and suddenly, his phone made a small sound. "Uh," He looked at the screen. "I gotta go and take this. Bye, guys." He said with a smile and walked away, phone in hand and tapping away.

I looked at Asahi. "How have you been?" I asked, lately realising I sound kind of unnatural. "Just okay." He said.

"You guys are friends now, huh?" I asked and he gave me a quick nod. "Um, question, I gave you my number, right? Did you delete it or something?" He asked and I shook my head no. "But Trevor said you didn't have it. Why didn't you give him my number?" He asked, curious.

"He doesn't need it." I mumbled lowly.

"Excuse me?"

"No! I mean-" I wanted to say but he shook his head. "Aren't you friends with him? That's not cool, man." He said, annoyed. "I am! I just don't like it when he's all over you. He's not a really nice guy!" I warned him and he frowned.

"He's all over me? What are you talking about?" He asked, confused.

"Asahi- just... stay away from him. Okay?" I asked and he shook his head. "And why should I listen to you?" Asahi frowned and I sighed deeply.

"It's just... I'm just looking out for you, man. Trevor's not really the nicest guy." I tried to tell him but he just looked disappointed. "Dude." He started.

"I don't know why you're doing this but I don't even know you that well but here you are- telling me what to do, telling me who I should be friends with and shit." Asahi frowned. "But no. Not like this, Aiden." He said and I nodded my head, not wanting to argue any longer.

"Listen," He gives me a small smile. "-text me after school or something." I nodded my head and he laid a hand on my shoulder. "You can tell me why I should stay away from him, then, maybe I'll understand." He suggested and started to walk away.

Actually, to be really honest.

I don't have any other reasons why he should stay away from Trevor.

My sole purpose doing this is just for one and one reason only- just because I was jealous, I know that. I've noticed.

But, I'm not sure who or what I'm jealous of.

That's one thing I'm probably never going to realise.
