The start of something new

everything is gonna be okay

*Ricky's POV*
The next morning, the alarm went off at the same time as always...7:20. I open my eyes but i am blinded by the shining sun.

I try to stand up but i can't..some kind of weight keeps me laying down, i look around just to see Nini, squeezing my waist, shaking a bit in her sleep, maybe because of yesterday night?
I call out her name and shake her softly to wake her up

"Hey Nini, time to wake up", she slowly opens her eyes and as soon as she saw that i couldn't move because she was embracing me, she jumped on the other side of the bed

"How are you feeling this morning?"
"Much better, thank you Ricky" she says blushing with a small voice but still with a smile

We went downstairs and i offered Nini to eat breakfast here and to give her a drive to school so that's what we did, during that time, we managed to talk some more because we still don't know each others really well

As we walk down the main hall, people were staring at us, probably because of the little fight with EJ the day before
When we arrived to class, Kourtney took Nini's arm left right away

*Nini's POV*
"Hey what's up?" i say to Kourt' not knowing why she wanted to talk to me in private
"What do you mean 'what's up'???" She says in a loud murmur
"I want to know what's up between you and Bowen! Did you guys came to school together?"

Oh that's right, people should have see us in the car together or something...

"Oh um actually, i had problems yesterday night and went to Ricky's, i spent the whole night there so that's why he drove me to school this morning" i say rather embarassed

"YOU SPENT THE NIGHT AT RICKY'S???" Carlos almost shouted while barging in the conversation
"Shut up! " I say murmuring so people wouldn't guess anything wrong
"Don't tell me you guys slept in the same room?" Kourtney says with a giggle
I don't dare saying an other word, i just keep my mouth shut as my friends look at me the mouth wide open not believing that we actually slept in the same room.. maybe I won't precise that we slept in the same bed or i'll never get out of this conversation

"Guys, i was really scared out there, i didn't know what to do and besides, Ricky is a thrust-worthy friend and that's all he'll ever be"
"Pff whatever.." both of them says, giving me the look that says 'i don't believe a single word of what you just said'

We all came back to class and sat at our designated places, I was right next to Ricky and as soon as the bell rang, guess who came through the door? Yep that's right... EJ Casewell
At this moment, my heart stopped beating and i felt like i couldn't breath anymore, the feeling from yesterday night came right through again.
As soon as Ricky saw that I was not okay, he took my hand in his, squeezing it and looking at me saying 'everything is gonna be okay'
