Chapter 28

Note: Okay so another few uploads for you, simply because I'm in a good mood and am about to continuing writing the third book.

Now I know I've had conversations with some of you about how you feel about Lizzie and Josh's relationship and Adrian and Lizzie. So I would like you to start now. Who should she pick? Adrian- her strawberry-blonde haired best friend (not to mention dance partner)? Or Josh- the brown haired blue eyed hottie from YMAS? Or maybe even someone else? So I'm going to be annoying and say that if you are awesome enough to take the time to comment on every couple of chapters (or every chapter like I know some of you do- you know who you are) well could you please vote by telling me who you think she should be with based on all of the chapters up to that point? Because I will love you all even more for that because I'm undecided about it myself haha!!

Oh and I still haven't gotten around to making a cover for this yet because I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING THAT LETS ME EDIT PICTURES ONLINE!! Technology is annoying on this laptop that I'm using!! So if you feel up to it could one of you perhaps make me a cover? Only if you want to though and I'll dedicate a chapter to you as well as love you eternally?

I opened my eyes the next morning and was met by Adrian's nipple. I blinked my eyes against the strong sunlight that was streaming in through the curtains, covering the door to the balcony before breathing out, smiling when I saw Adrian shiver and the goosebumps rise across his chest.

I moved as carefully as possible so as not to wake Adrian, until I could make out the digital alarm clock that stood on my side of the bed, and sighed quietly when I saw that it was nine o'clock in the morning. I hated waking up really early. I turned back to watch Adrian sleep for a little while as I realised that my body was now warm.

My right leg was draped across Adrian's hip as my right arm rested on his waist, which kept him pressed tightly against me. Adrian's arm was wrapped around my shoulders and had been holding the back of my head when I first woke up. I continued studying his face as I flattened my hand against his back, feeling the muscles press into my palm. I smiled as I studied Adrian's face, feeling content to just stay here until he woke up, because he was actually adorable when he slept. I let my head sink back into my pillow as bit my lip when my stomach brushed against Adrian's.

I giggled lightly when he twitched his nose before his eyes blinked open and he smiled when he saw me there next to him. I smiled back at him, and blushed a little when I remembered his kisses last night. He smiled back and red tinged his cheeks, telling me he was remembering to, but I didn't say anything and neither did Adrian. I was grateful for that though, because I didn't know what to say since it would obviously make things awkward between us. I'd lost too much already, I didn't want to lose him to, because at the moment he was the only person I felt comfortable with.

"Did you sleep okay?" he asked, hand trailing down to stroke the crook of my knee as my pyjama bottoms had risen up. I shifted around under his touch, remembering how much I'd wanted him last night but I nodded.

"Yeah I did. Did you sleep okay?" I asked and he grinned cheekily but nodded.

"Yes I did" he replied and we went quiet for a little while before I bit my lip and swallowed.

"Thank you Adrian. For staying with me last night" I sighed and he smiled kindly, before brushing my hair behind my ear as he blew against a strand of his hair. I laughed lightly and tucked the strand behind his ear, letting my hand rest against his cheek for a brief second before I tucked my hand back under the sheets and moved closer to Adrian where I wrapped my arm back around his waist and hugged him to me. He hugged me back before we pulled away and I blushed before retracting my leg, curling it up next to me. Adrian laughed lightly and kissed my head before he slid out from underneath my sheets.
