as soon as jimin was finished up at the hospital, after hours of receiving treatment and answering questions from the police, the driver  took him back to the the hotel they were staying at, even though yoongi was expecting him at their concert, but that was the last place jimin wanted to be. he had too much on his mind and all he wanted to do was sleep so that he wouldn't have to deal with the aftermath of today's events.0

he had to admit, he was scared of being in their suite alone, but knowing the stranger - or yoongi's ex, should he say - was being held at the police station made him feel much safer. as soon as he got into the room, he dropped his bag down on the floor and made his way into the bathroom, where he decided to shower to freshen up, in hopes of feeling better.

once he was out of the shower, he got changed into a pair of sweat pants and a hoodie before standing in front of the mirror, looking at himself while he got lost in his thoughts. he couldn't stop thinking about what happened, especially because it all happened as a result of yoongi's bad decisions. he felt hurt that the elder didn't even tell him about his other ex boyfriend, especially when he had the chance to on multiple occasions.

jimin didn't realise how long he had been standing in front of the mirror, until the sound of the door opening and shutting again interrupted him, making him aware that yoongi was home. yoongi, the man he thought he could trust and who he loved, but at that moment he couldn't even bare looking at him.

a knock on the door made jimin's heart drop and he instantly ran his fingers through his still wet hair. he wanted nothing more than to scream at yoongi, telling him to go away, but he knew that wouldn't be a smart decision, so he made his way over to the door, unlocking it and pulling it open, revealing his bruised up face to his boyfriend.

"oh my god, what happened to your face?" yoongi's voice was filled with panic but jimin couldn't help but laugh and roll his eyes, pushing past him. "you wanna know what happened to my face? your ex attacked me, in fact i thought he was gonna kill me. i assume you know who i'm talking about because it sure as hell wasn't sicheng."

jimin watched as yoongi's face dropped and his eyes widened, following the younger boy over to the bed in the middle of the room. "woosung done this to you?"

"oh so that's his name?" jimin leaned down and picked up his half empty suitcase, placing it on top of the bed, beginning to gather his things and placing them back inside, even though he was supposed to be staying in china for 3 more days.

"well yeah, he did this to me, because of you. this is all your fault, maybe if you had have fucking told me you had another ex boyfriend, i could've been even the slightest bit prepared for this, but no, i get attacked by some man who claims he's your ex boyfriend, who you cheated on might i add. why do i have to suffer for something you done, yoongi? why me? i didn't ask for this, i didn't tell you to cheat on him. i didn't even know he existed, for God's sake."

"i'm sorry, i should've told you, jimin. i'm so sorry, i didn't know this would happen, baby. please stop packing, let's talk about this." yoongi begged, trying to stop jimin from lifting up more clothes from the floor. jimin stood up straight and looked at his boyfriend. "talk to you? are you serious? i want nothing more than to be away from you right now. if i had it my way, i'd be leaving tonight."

"you're leaving?"

"obviously. you must be insane if you think i'm staying here with you. if i'm being honest, min yoongi, i don't wanna see you ever again." jimin knew he was being harsh, but he didn't care. he was angry and yoongi was the only person who deserved to deal with it. he knows that the attack wasn't completely his fault, but yoongi lied to him and that hurt more than any pain he felt from woosung.

"what do you mean? baby please, can we just talk about this together?" yoongi grabbed jimin's wrist, trying to pull him towards him but jimin just shook him off, placing his final remaining items into the suitcase before closing it. "don't call me that, you don't deserve to call me that. i'm not staying here with you tonight, they've got me my own room. i hope you enjoy the rest of your tour." jimin slipped a pair of sliders on his feet before grabbing his suitcase, beginning to roll it towards the door.

"jimbles, please--"

"don't. don't even think about following me, yoongi. if you love me as much as you say you do, you'll let me go. i can't look at you right now. i love you so much, but i can't be with you. it hurts too much, i'm sorry."

yoongi went quiet as he felt a tear fall down his cheek, reaching up to wipe it away as he watched jimin leave the room. once he was gone, yoongi fell to the ground, pulling his legs into his chest as he leaned against the bed, loud sobs beginning to escape his mouth. "you're so fucking stupid, min yoongi."

jimin made his way into his new room, slamming the door shut behind him as he slid down against the door, instantly beginning to cry loudly. he lifted his hand to wipe his tears away but it was useless because he couldn't stop crying. he never felt pain like what he was experiencing. he loved yoongi so much but he knew it wasn't safe for him to be with him. he knew that he would never be able to feel safe around him, or feel like he could trust him. the idea of yoongi lying to him about other things was the only thought that filled jimin's mind.

jimin reached into his pocket, taking his phone out and unlocking it, looking through his contacts until he found his best friends number. he tapped on the call button and held the phone to his hear, biting his bottom lip to stop any more cries from coming out, waiting until jinyoung answered the phone.

"jimin! i was waiting for you to call, how's china?"

"jinyoung..." jimin cried out, squeezing his phone as he shut his eyes tightly, hearing his best friend go quiet before his worried voice asked if he's okay. "yoongi and i broke up. i'm coming home tomorrow. jinyoung, i need you so bad."

"it's okay, baby. i'm right here. you can cry however much you want, i'll stay on the phone as long as you need me to."

to say he was surprised was a massive understatement but jinyoung didn't lie, he stayed on the phone and convinced jimin to get into bed, talking to him until he no longer answered, letting him know that he fell asleep. jinyoung didn't know what happened, or who's fault it was, but hearing his best friend cry like that broke his heart and he wanted nothing more than to hold the younger, in hopes to make him feel better. he wanted him to be at home already so that he could look after him because he worried about him a lot before, so now his mind was going crazy imagining the pain his best friend was feeling.
