Charlis POV: I'm nervous because I'm going to court today and I haven't seen the guy who did it since it happened. As I was getting out of bed a tear rolled down my eye. Chase walked in and said "what's wrong charls" in a soft tone and I said "I'm scared" chase replied with "don't be I will be with you" I smiled and gave him and peck we have only kissed 3 times and there all magical even if there 1 second. I walked into my closet and got my professional outfit. Chase,Nick,and tony are going to be there since there witnesses also.
Chases POV: me and charli got in the car and I was in the back with her and I held her hand because I knew she was super scared and nervous. We pulled up to the court house and paparazzi were there to get Charlis side of the story but she didn't comment on it. We walked in 5 minutes early and the guy walked in his name is Todd Morinor (made up name) and Charli closed her eyes. She got called up to the stand and she had notes with her.
Charlis pov: I was super scared when they called my name. I got on the stand and read my notes. First I said what happened in the pool.
