Charlis POV: the party continued and it was around 7:00 pm and I decided to get back in the pool. At the time no one was in the pool but soon after I got in a drunk guy that looked at least 27 got in and started following me around. He pushed me against him and I was really uncomfortable and screamed stop trying to get away but he wouldn't let me. I started to try to fight him but he said "stop fighting me you bitch" I kept on screaming stop as he was touching my boobs holding me against him. Finally Chase noticed and Chase,Tony, and Nick came I the pool. Chase grabbed me and Tony and Nick took care of the guy. Chase took me upstairs while wrapping me in a towel and he took me to his room. We sat down on the bed and I cried on his shoulder. He kept on hugging me and saying "shh it's okay" Chase asked me what the guy did and I told him "he was sexually assaulting me by touching my breasts and butt trying to pull my bathing suit off all while i was screaming no and stop and fighting him" I said while crying. The police arrived and I repeated the story. The guy got arrested and I have to go to court in 2 weeks to repeat what I said to a judge. The party ended and I changed into sweatpants and a sweatshirt. I sat on the couch with my head down. I feel violated. Dixie was livid and everyone else was also. Chase sat down next to me and I put my head against his shoulder and cried. All the boys walked in and said "he had no reason to do that he's so stupid" I nodded. Dixie asked me why I was crying and I replied "I FEEL VIOLATED OKAY?!" I screamed and looked down and went upstairs.
Chases POV: I followed charli I felt really bad for her. I sat on her bed and I cuddled her. We kissed and she fell asleep on my chest. She was too cute and I don't know how anyone could do that to anyone.
