Madi

Madis pov: I here charlis sobbing in her room and I knock on her door she answers and I say "hey boo can I come in?" She says "yeah" faintly I come in and she shuts the door behind me. We sit on her bed and I say "so what happened?" Charli says "well I read the dm's between chase and Nessa and I didn't love them" I say "well I'm sorry charls what happened after?" She says "I told him I need time to trust him again but I just love him so much it's so hard to know that" I hug her and then she says "I'm just gonna go to sleep thanks madi" I say "ofc charls" I walk out of her room and knock on chases door. He opens and I walk in without invitation he closes it and  he says "what's going on madi" in a sad tone. I say "listen chase I know you regret everything that you said to nessa but charli is in their sobbing herself to sleep because she loves you so much. Chase you really fucked up here. And I know you really well you need to fix it or charlis gonna end up getting depressed again." Chase nods and I walk out.

Chases POV: I knock on charlis door and she opens it and lets me in. She had a red tear stained face. She was trying to wipe them away when I embrace her in a hug and say "charls don't wipe them away" she starts crying again and says "chase all I wanna do is just cry into you" i say "there is nothing stopping you" we sit on her bed and she cry's on my shoulder. I rub her back and I start crying knowing that I caused the pain she is in. She looks at me and I wipe her tears off her face and say "charli your so pretty" she looks down and says "chase can we cuddle? At least until I fall asleep?" I say "charli of course" we lay down and I wrap my arm an round her causing her head to go to my chest. She falls asleep and I drift off forgetting I'm in her bed.

In the morning

Charlis pov: I wake up in chases arms for the first time in it feels like forever. I love the feeling of being in his arms. He wakes up and and catches me staring at his face and I Immediately look down while blushing. He laughs and I blush even more while smiling. He says "charli your so cute" I blush even more and sit up. He sits up with me and I say "that's the best sleep I've gotten in a long time" he smiles. We stare into each other's eyes and we both lean in. My lips touch his and my heart melts. I haven't kissed him in so long. We kiss for a few seconds and then he pulls away. He blushes and says "I've missed you charls" I say "I've missed you too" I hug him. Since I'm short my head is barely on his shoulder. We both walk down stairs and everyone looks at us weird. I say "what?" Thomas says "so I assume y'all went through it last night" I look down and say "we would prefer not to talk about it." Thomas nods. I grab some waffles out of the freezer and pop them in the toaster and wait. While I'm waiting chase comes up and gives me a hug squeezing my waste tight. He says "charls you cried hard last night I wanna make sure your okay" i look down and say "I'm fine" my waffles pop up which ends the awkwardness.

Chases POV: "I'm fine" does not mean that she's fine it's the opposite. I need to help her I just don't know how I caused this pain. Me not anyone else. I feel like shit about it I wish I could go back and relive the past but I can't. I see charli on her phone eating waffles and then when she finishes she goes upstairs and takes a shower.

Charlis pov: I go upstairs and take a shower and actually get dressed. I don't feel amazing but I feel better. I walk down stairs wearing this

I post a TikTok titled "back at the hype house with the fam!" And post it. I disable the comments not feeling like seeing them. I walk downstairs to see chase talking to nick. I listen in on what they are talking about. Chase says "dude I feel like absolute shit about this i feel like the worst person in the world I don't know what to do I love charli so much that I would die for her" nick says "idk dude" it felt nice to hear that from chase. I go up to my room and text him

Charli- hey come up to my room I wanna talk

Chase- okay

Chases POV: charli calls me to her room so I head up to her room. She is sitting on her bed on her phone when I walk in. She puts her phone down and says "okay so I know you love me and I love you and I'm willing to give you a second chance I've though long and" I cut her off by kissing her.
