Charlis POV: quarantine has finally ended! I'm very happy!! I walk up to chase and say "hey my cousin just had a baby and she had to have it in the la hospital because she needed a special doctor so do you wanna go visit her and the baby please?" Chase says "sure!" We drive to the hospital and I go in the room. She is holding the baby and she says "hey charli!" I say "hi this is chase my boyfriend" my cousin who's name is Hailey says "hi chase" and smiles. I say "can I hold her?" She says "of course her name is Paige!" I smile and grab her from her arms. I slip and rub paiges cheek and start to tear up while remembering I could've been a mom. Chase runs my back. And I say "she is so beautiful"
Chases POV: I know this must be hard for charli. I rub her back as she tears up. She is so cute with a baby in her arms. Thinking that she will be the mom to my kids one day is crazy. I say "Hailey can I hold her?" She nods and charli hands her to me. I smile and start to tear up also but Hailey doesn't notice. I rock her and say "well if you ever need a baby sitter me and charli are available" she smiles and says "I will keep that in mind!" I hand her back to hailey and we leave the hospital. As soon as we get in the car charli starts to sob.
Charlis pov: as we are walking in the hallways of the hospital leaving it I start to tear up and hold it in. As soon as I reach the car I start balling. I think to myself "that could've been me" chase starts to cry and says "baby I know it's hard but in the future we will be amazing parents" I nod and give chase a kiss. We drive home.
