Xiao Zhan is just an actor who was trying his best to rise up in the industry.
He went through many critiques and being used my company but he doesn't want to do anything to get out of it. But he just continue on with a smile and moving forward every single day.
One day while filming for his current period drama, he was going through a lot of pressure from the staff and the director.
"CUT!" The director called out in frustration "Xiao Zhan what are you doing? You are not following the script. If you don't want to cooperate you can quit!"
Xiao Zhan was speechless as he saw how the director was already red in anger.
"Everyone take a two hours break!" The director said aloud and stared sharply at Xiao Zhan.
Soon the staff left and Xiao Zhan decided to take a walk around the filming area and sat on the wooden dock overlooking a small lake that were surrounded by lotus flowers everywhere.
He sighed and sat on the dock legs swinging around. His mind was blank as a white canvas.
Until he heard a voice calling out someone. He look around curious and was wondering when it became louder and then he stood up looking for the voice and he accidentally slipped into the water below.
He could swim but it was getting dark and he couldn't see properly. He tried to stay afloat until his lungs gave out and his arms became cramped.
The voice he heard calling out a name "Wei Ying!"
He fell unconscious as the heard the name being called again as he fell into darkness.
