He followed as the paramedic team brought Xiao Zhan in through the door of the A&E.

He dialed the number and with his a heavy heart he called Xiao Zhan's manager.
"Hello this is Yibo. Xiao Zhan ge was in a car accident"

The call was cut off and Yibo sighed. He sat down as he waited for any doctor to inform him anything.
At last when Xiao Zhan's manager just arrived, a doctor came out and ask for Xiao Zhan's family members.
"Relatives of Xiao Zhan?" The doctor asks and the manager stepped forward.
"I am his manager. How is he Doctor?"

"He is in stable conditions. But...." the doctor didn't finish his sentence when the manager now in panic yelled out
"But what?!" The manager now in distressed.
"He is in a coma. We are not sure when he will wake up" The doctor finally finished what he was about to say. "We will continue observing him"
The manager just sighed and said "Thank you doctor. Sorry for the exaggeration. I will inform his parents. Thank you again" he bowed to the doctor and the doctor just answered with a soft smile.
"Do not worry. He is our priority now. Now excuse me" the doctor said and soon left the two.
Yibo who was silent didn't hide his tears. He and the manager sat down and there was only silence between them.
The manager who was shivering took out the mobile phone and called Xiao Zhan's parents.
They were shocked and they informed the manager they will come as soon as they can.
At that moment, all Yibo could think of was "I wish I could turn back time to stop this from happening"
When Xiao Zhan's parents arrive they were devastated, especially his mother. She was crying by his bedside and Xiao Zhan's father ask the manager
"What happened to him? I thought he wouldn't be in any more accidents. I thought you are taking care of him?" His father said in a low tone and it made Yibo felt scared by the cold voice.
Yibo took a glance at Xiao Zhan's sleeping figure and answered "No sir. It is my fault. I ask him out to meet me across the street from his place and he left first but when I got out he was already unconscious. I called the ambulance sir. I want to hold responsible sir" he bowed to the older man who was trying to swallow what Yibo was telling him.
"My son" Xiao Zhan's mom called out "Please wake up. Don't leave us again like last time" he was now sobbing calling for her son to wake up but to avail it was all in vain.
Soon the two older couple alongside the manager left and Yibo was alone with Xiao Zhan.
He opened the door and see if the coast is clear, closing the door behind him and took a chair and at that moment he did something he haven't done for thousands of years.
He took out his guqin and started to play a song.

As he was playing he saw Xiao Zhan's eyes moving about from his closed eyelids.
He continued playing and after the song was over he saw Xiao Zhan was in complete calmness.
"Get well soon, Wei Ying" he whispered and made the guqin disappear in an instant.
He decided to leave first but as he was standing up, he saw Xiao Zhan opened his eyes and looked around, in panic.
He turned facing Yibo and was in a confused expression asks "Where am I? Who are you?"
That made Yibo's heart break into a million pieces as much as it did thousand of years ago
"You are in the hospital after an accident. I am Wang Yibo. I used to act with you in a series" was all the younger answered and left the room.
At that moment the manager came back and was surprised "Oh going home already Yibo?" The manager asks and Yibo just nodded.
"Yes. Oh and Zhan-ge is awake. But there is something wrong. Better call the doctor to check" was all he answer and soon he walk away.
"Zhan-ge I swear whatever happens I will make you remember me and swear to love you as you love me" he vowed.
Yes. He too was in a unrequited love with a man named Xiao Zhan or his past life lover by the name of Wei Wuxian. But he didn't tell because he was afraid.
