Chapter 58: Welcome, President!

Napoleon
Oh,god! Eeee! It's him! It's finally him! I get to see him right here and now,he's like...my idol. You guys don't know how much this means to me...it's like a miracle.

"Hello,Washington,sir." I salute to him and he salutes back saying,"Bonaparte. Nice to see you here. Anyways,Sephrina." "Yes?" She says,her eyes questioning George herself. "We need somewhere to sleep,so can we use this?" "No." She immediately says. "Why not? I am like...the most respected in the whole entire continent of-" "I'm feared and respected in the whole entire Universe. So...beat that huh?" "Never mind." He says,and now I'm having second thoughts about him.

"Sephrina,I need to talk to you...alone." I hear Washington whisper in her ear. She nods her head and she goes inside the big tent that he went out of. He holds the entrance for her and she goes in,smiling. Ooh...if I ever see him do anything to her,it's going to be war. Total war.

Sephrina
I walk inside the tent. It's colors shine through the atmosphere and it leaves me breathless. It's bigger on the inside...weird people. The tent colors are white with a hint of cerulean blue. The bed is full of beautiful tiny curtains and lapis lazuli pillows and a grey-ish duvet that covers the mattress.

Washington takes me towards a table full of maps and different kinds of globes of Earth,and one of this planet. How did he get that though?

"I have something for you." He says and he holds out a velvet box. "Take it. It's yours." I pull out my hands and I grab it from him and open the box. The colors of rubies,emeralds,and amethysts shine in my eyes. It's different kinds of jewelry that also matches each jewel inside it. There's a ruby necklace and a pair of ruby earrings,an emerald bracelet and an emerald keychain,an amethyst ring and an amethyst necklace.

"Thank you." I say politely to him,but I hand it to him and say,"I can't keep this,though. You have a wife,and...well,I'm not her. So,please...give this to her." He puts it back in my hand and says,"I bought this officially for you. Martha doesn't really know that I'm here. That's the second problem." I look at it and put in my pocket and try to start another conversation. "So...what are you doing here,George?" "Well,while I was in my own timeline of being in the Continental Army,I got teleported here and it made everything go completely wrong. So,now I'm officially President of the United States of America and Commander-in-Chief of all American Forces. Why is why I'm here..." He puts his hand on my hand and I cringe. "Umm...I'm with Napoleon." "That little piece of shit." "Don't kill him." I protest to him. "Did he do anything to you,my best friend? I mean not that I love you or anything. Heh,ridiculous." "If you kill him,I will wipe out your entire army by force and you will be executed by my hand." "Yes,ma'am." He says,saluting to me. I salute back and get back out of the tent,looking straight at Napoleon.

His face twitches every time he sees me,and his hands turn into fists. He looks at me. With his eyes turning black and making me scared by the minute. "Get away from him." "You heard us,didn't you?" "I did,and he's just going to bring you down and I can't let that happen to us. I need to take care of some unfinished business with him." "Don't kill him...please." My eyes turn into scared and fearful eyes and it makes Napoleon only angrier than before. "Go away,Melanie." "Please." I touch his arm and he swipes my hand away and pushes me aside,making me fall down into the desert ground.

Now,he's going to get killed.

"George Washington!" I yell out and there he comes,always liking cool and trying to get everyone's slaves...hahahahaha! He should learn better than to mess with my girl. One rule:If you're ever with my girl and you do something to her...you're dead. Dead as dead. And I mean it,no matter how big or small a person is I will kick their ass.

"We have some unfinished business." "That we do. Sit down,Bonaparte." He pulls up a chair and I take it from him and break it with my leg. "Okay...then sit on the bed." He points to a cot. I go over there and I sit on it until it breaks. My hands are still in fists by the time he says,"What's going on with you?" "You...you gave her things. You have her your heart inside that box." I point to the box that she left here and his eyebrows go up in a strange figure.

I walk up to it and I look inside and the first thing I do is grab the emerald ring and say to him,"Trying to get engaged with her,eh?" "No,I wasn't-" I throw it out of the tent and it digs itself up in the wind of the sand. "Oh! How about this one?" I pull out the ruby earrings and I put them on the window,then I grab a gun,and I shoot it,making the window and the earrings shatter into pieces. "You're ruining my stuff-" "You're buying her. This stuff represent you trying to buy her from me. Trying to buy her from me,eh? Well,guess what? She's not for sale." I grab the box and stuff into my pocket and say to him,"Nice doing business with you,George. Good day." I walk out and I chuckle because I know that he's angry at me.

I can't believe Bonaparte did that to my stuff! That stuff I spent on cost me an arm and a leg...a fortune! It cost me 20 paychecks worth and I though it would be great because we were best friends before and now thanks to Bonaparte,I've wasted my life on nothing but fighting and giving things up to a crazy and obsessive person. Ooh...I just want to kill him in front of Sephrina,showing her that she doesn't need him...she needs a best friend.

Well,I should get back to my duties(Heh. Duties.). Beep,Beep,I'm a sheep. Beep,Beep,I'm a sheep.(thanks a lot,wolfWOOD1 for this at school. Now,I can't get it out of my head. UGH!)
