Trey POV:
Imani is my bestfriend, yes she knows about me being gay and she's totally fine with it but before I continue, time for a flashback to the first time we met. It was in the 7th grade and I was new to the school. I didn't have any friends and it seemed like everyone hated me, except for her she was very nice to me. Then she finally talked and we just clicked. That's when we became bestfriends. You messed her then you messed with me and it was vice-versa. ANYWAYS, flashback is over. I had called Imani like always she answered the phone with an attitude thinking something was wrong because I only call her when something is wrong. But I just wanna hear her voice.
Phone convo:
Me: Hey girl.
Imani: Heeey Trey, is something wrong?
Me: Noooo, I just really wanna hear your voice and talk to you.
Imani: Oh. So what's up?
Me: I'm feeling lonley. I have you, my mom, Cameron, and everyone else its just that I'm missing something.
Imani: What you mean?
Me: I'm happy don't get me wrong but my heart feels like its missing something.
Imani: Aweeee snap! You want a boyfriend!
Me: I wouldn't say that.
Imani: Trey I know you and I've noticed your not as happy.
Me: I know. But I dont want to rush anything to I'll just let love come to me.
Imani: Yeah you right.
Me: Thanks for talking to me about this. I love you Imani
Imani: Love you too TT.
Me: I'll see you tomorrow.
Imani: Yeah I'm nervous.
Me: Why? Its just school
Imani: Were going into the 10th grade it's crazy.
Me: Lol girl you crazy.
Imani: I know, anyways see you tomorrow. Bye!
Me: See you tomorrow. Bye.
I hung my phone up and just layed on my bed and thought about how amazing she is. I love that girl, she always been here for me. Bestfriends forever.
