solitude: solitude is the state of being alone without being lonely. It is a positive and constructive state of engagement with oneself. solitude is desirable, a state of being alone where you provide yourself wonderful and sufficient company.

1. understand you're good enough all by yourself.

2. take time to learn yourself.

3. list all the things you love about yourself.

4. value your own opinions.

5. love yourself before you put love in others.

6. close your eyes, meditate or embrace the silence.

7. learn how to talk to yourself (as weird as that might sound).

8. avoid overthinking.

9. don't worry about who does or doesn't like you.

10. learn and appreciate that it's okay and completely normal to be single.

11. take yourself on a date & spend time with yourself outside.

12. explore your hobbies.
