The Search

"So will you help us out then Dad?" Asked Asuka after explaining what they knew well what they thought was going on with Elise. "I really wish I could, but Elise already came by and told me not to let you guys know where it is." Replied Terry. "Wait he was here when?" Asuka asked. "Three days ago." Replied Terry. "So he came here first thinking we would go after him." Stated Miss Yuuki. "Well he said incase anyone came looking for him, so he was more fifty fifty about it." Terry said. "But why would he do that?" Charlotte asked to herself. "He clearly doesn't think we can handle it." Miss Yuuki said. "No trust me it wasn't that, he just doesn't want you guys to get involved." Terry said. "And why would that be?" Charlotte asked. "Obviously he doesn't think it concerns us, but if it's about him then it does." Stated Miss Yuuki. "I wouldn't say that, I think it's cos he doesn't want us to get hurt from what he wants." Charlotte said. "That makes enough sense." Asuka said, "But anyway looks like we are gonna have to search for him ourselves." Asuka continued as she was heading towards the door. "That isn't the smarted thing to do." Terry stated. "And neither was him running off alone, but that's what he did." Charlotte stated. "Fine you all wanna know where he's going then I'll tell you. He's going to get his Nier, which to do that he needs to go to the magic academy, which is the easy part as he has to try and get her out of there which is easier said than done as they are trapped there until they become fully fledged magic users." Terry said. "Okay and where is this magic academy?" Miss Yuuki asked. "I can't tell you, as I said earlier....." Terry said just to be interrupted by Asuka. "Seriously dad you decide that his word is more important that is trying to help him?" Asuka asked. "Well if you would let me finish, he neither said I couldn't go after him, which if I just so happen to be followed and not realise it so be it." Terry said with a small smirk on his face. "Cheers dad." Asuka said while hugging Terry, but she let go before he could hug her back. "Alright then should we head out now then?" Miss Yuuki asked. "Yeah, and stay close so you don't get lost." Terry said as he picked his sword up and started to take the lead.

"Alice do you have any idea where Jinx went?" Scarlet asked. "Why do you need to know that?" Alice asked. "They hit again even after losing a member, so we need Jinx to help us find them." Joseph said. "That makes enough sense, and I know what he's doing just not where." Alice said. "Okay and what is that?" Scarlet said. "He's go getting the Witch Nier from where she is." Alice said. "Well that doesn't help as we have no clue where that academy is, so I guess we will have to wait until he gets back, well if he survives." Joseph said. "Considering what Alice said about his fight with the Crimson Rogues I think the kid will be fine." Valintean stated as he came into the room. "Ah Valintean, what do we owe the pleasure?" Scarlet asked. "I actually need Alice's expertise as we managed to acquire Robert's research into a person named Charlotte Kazama." Valintean stated. "Okay, you go help Valintean and if you hear anything from Jinx I think it's time for him to meet us." Joseph said, which Alice just nodded to in response as she went with Valintean.

Night had now fallen and luckily enough the group had managed to make it to a small hunting outpost used by Terry's men she They at least had some shelter for the night. Currently Miss Yuuki and Charlotte was setting up a spot to sleep, while Terry was on guard with Asuka. "Hey dad?" Asuka asked. "Yeah Asuka." Terry said. "Why did Elise actually come to you first?" Asuka asked. "He said he needed something he left, so I let him have a look for it and I think he found it, after that he said to not tell anyone where how to get where he was going and then left." Terry said. "Is that really all dad?" Asuka asked not trusting that what Terry said was all that actually happened, but she got no response. "What's going on here?" Asked Charlotte as she walked up to Terry and Asuka. "My dad's holding something from us." Asuka said and still there was no response from Terry. "What are you keeping from us Terry?" Charlotte asked. "You girls aren't gonna leave this be are you? Fine two things, the first is that after getting Rin he was gonna confront Alice, as he didn't believe she was telling him the truth, which is why he started to date her, and the fact he did like her as well but still, and, he took three things from under the floor board of his old room, a ring, his switchblade and a picture, but I didn't see what was on the picture so can't tell you that." Terry stated. "Any idea about the ring and pic Charlotte?" Asuka asked. "Not a clue and I'm guessing the switchblade was what he used to use when he was with you two originally." Charlotte said, receiving a nod as response from the both of them. "Well considering the fact that none of you know what the ring or the picture are then I think that they might be something to do with Rin considering he had some of her clothes in his closet." Miss Yuuki stated as she has been listening since Charlotte got involved in the conversation. "That would explain the reason he actually came to see me first before going to get her, though who knows with Elise he could already be done and be on his way back." Terry said trying to lighten the mode. "Hopefully." Asuka stated. "But if he was done he would already be back since Rin can teleport." Miss Yuuki said. "Wait if she can teleport then how come he's gone to get her instead of the other way around?" Charlotte asked even though she knew she wouldn't be able to get an answer. "Well I can answer that one." Terry said to the surprise of everyone. "The only way to leave that academy is to become a fully fledged magic user until then you are trapped inside unless leaving with a teacher, which is what she was doing when she found him, and then they made some sort of bond which allowed it to be overridden for a few days or something like that." Terry said, causing everyone to just look at him surprised. "The person I was with before meeting Asuka's mum was a witch, with her witch name being Blair." "That's the one who showed up at school to check for a magic user." Miss Yuuki said. "That means they might know he was on his way." Charlotte said. "I wouldn't be too sure about that one, in fact I think that's how Elise is gonna get Rin out of there, through Blair." Terry stated.
