I Had It On My Own

Your eyes were focused on Scarecrow's suppliers. They were back and they were carrying the ingredients to make the fear gas. Damian was right beside you, on your left.

There were five men to take down: the driver, two people loading up a truck, and two guards. They all wore some light armor on them. They carried guns and had some masks on. Batman told you and Damian to work together. The job that you two was that you stealthy take out those five men, get into the building, and shut down the engines that were generating the ingredients. Then meet Batman and the let Nightwing, Red Hood, and Arsenal set bombs up. As soon as they would get out, they would blow it up, and you all would have to put on masks and run as fast as you could.

Damian growled. "I am taking out the guards. You take the driver."

You gave him a look. "The guards have AR-15's they will spray you down if you just jump down there."

"Let me worry about myself."

"It isn't stealthy either." You said.

"Shut up and let's go." He said. Of course, he jumped off the building.

"Damian!" You hissed. It was way too late.

Damian was now fighting the guards. You had to act quickly so you jumped and shot an arrow at the driver. The arrow split and a the arrow dispersed a large net. The net wrapped around the driver. Now you had to take out the guys who were loading the supplies into the truck.

Damian was using his fighting skills and was slicing through of the guards' bullet proof vests. One guard shot at him and he dodged it, then kicked that guard in the throat. While that sent one guard into a coughing fit, Damian was now fighting the other. However, Damian was struggling since this guard was more experienced.

One of the loaders grabbed you from behind, which earned him an elbow to the face. The other was trying to grab you since the other was losing grip of you. You kicked up into the front guy, jumped, and basically ran up his body. You flipped yourself onto the guy, who was holding you down, on his back. You took your bow and began to choke him out, you had to press one of your arms against him to cut out some blood flow so it would make him pass out.

Damian was jumping off the closest wall and threw some shuriken at the guard. The guard got hit in the shoulder and the stomach, this caused a chain reaction and he pulled the trigger on the gun. A bullet ran through Damian's left forearm. He yelled in pain and took the katana, then sliced a cut in the man's abdominal. The guard was down and probably wasn't going to get up.

You were horrified when you heard Damian yell after that gun shot. You took the cuff of your suit and pressed it against the man you were fighting, it shocked him to the point that he passed out. You turned the cuff off and ran over to Damian.

Damian held his forearm and growled. It stung like a motherfucker.

"Robin?" You asked looking at his arm.

He pushed you out of his way. "Don't worry about it." He went into the building.

You followed and ran to the control panel. You looked it over and plugged in a USB device. You uploaded it. This USB would download information and create a virus that would shut down the whole machine. Damian growled at you. You never noticed that there was a large cut by the back of your neck. It was dripping a lot of blood now.

"You didn't follow my orders." Damian said.

You looked at him. "I did follow your orders."

Damian was twisting his words now. "I told you to take out the driver then leave the others to me."
