Artemis was the only one who knew the genders, but she asked Dick to help with the set up along with Will. Bruce did the funding, because this was his first time going to become a grandfather. Despite you telling him not to do it, he did it. You were still honored and excited though. However, one of your main concern was Damian.

Damian was probably the most nervous behind closed doors. He looked in the mirror and looked at himself. He looked like his father, but he had his mother's eyes. Those eyes were slightly haunting to him. He remembered how gruesome his mother was when he was growing up. He remembered how she trained him to be an assassin and would care less if he had done an almost life injury to himself. He was was scared that he would become her.

It was Tim and Jason who walked into the bedroom to see if he was okay. Because he hadn't left the room much. They were actually surprised to see him just staring at the mirror.

"Doubting your looks? I would too." Tim joked.

Damian didn't reply back.

Tim paused. "Damian?"

Jason walked over. "Hey Demon Spawn... dude."

Damian slowly looked at them.

"What's wrong Damian? You never do this." Tim said.

"What if.... what if I am not good enough? What if I become the worst father ever?" Damian asked.

"What? Why would you think that?" Tim asked.

Jason sat down and listened. He was trying to decipher what Damian meant by all of this. By Damian's staring into the mirror and the question that slowly began to unravel some thoughts. Now what would Damian be staring at that would cause him to think that way? Jason looked and noticed how he had been staring at his own eyes. The green eyes he got from Talia. Now it all made sense.

"Damian. You aren't like her." Jason said.

Damian looked back over at Jason.

"You are not like your mother at all. You are yourself. There is no such thing as a perfect dad, but there is a thing called a great dad. The same goes with mothers." He said. "None of us, in this whole world are exact copies of our parents. We don't all think the same as our parents."

Damian listened a bit.

"Yeah we can't change our biological family, but we get to slowly decide who is our family. I might be a really bad hero, at times, but I am not my father who beat my mother. I am not my mother who did drugs." Jason said.

"And I was not abusive like my dad was. We are all individuals." Tim said.

Damian blinked. "I kind of feel like I am at a middle school inspiration gathering to boost confidence."

"Oh for the love of god, just listen!" Tim exclaimed.

"You are better than Talia." Jason said.

"I don't know about that." Damian said.

You walked in and you had overheard their conversation. "Damian Wayne if I hear that again I am gonna beat your fucking ass." You said in a firm tone. "You are nothing like that bitch of a mother that you had. She's gone. She's tossed away. You are Damian Wayne. You are the man I fell for, the man I married, the man I went to college with, the father of the twins I am carrying, and I know Talia wouldn't have done that."

Now Damian listened to you, because you were his beloved. And you were not one to be messed with.

"We will give you two some space." Tim said.
