Mario then walked over to a Koopa Troopa in a fur coat that appeared to be lost.

"Oh, dear! Ack! Trouble! I've gotten separated from the Bowser Baddies... Um, listen... Do you know where Lord Bowser has gone?" The Koopa Troopa asked. Mario tells the Koopa Troopa he doesn't exactly know where, but he believes straight.

"Oh, OK. Thanks. It's almost time to assemble, and boy, I can't miss that! I've gotta hurry!" Said the Koopa Troopa.

The Koopa Troopa then turned left and ran straight.

Mario went down towards another toad that was looking for a mushroom.

"Aww... I can't get that Mushroom up there! This is so lame!" Said the toad.

Mario hopped on top of the grassy ledge and grabbed the mushroom. The toad then turned to Mario with excitement

"Oh! Wow! My Mushroom! You got it for me?" Asked the toad.

Mario gives the toad the Mushroom.

"Oh, thank you so much! Yes! But... Say, you're going to the Beanbean Kingdom soon, huh? You'd better keep it, then. And please take this as a going-away gift! I insist!

The toad then gave Mario a Super Mushroom.

"And good luck with all your jumping and stuff over there in the Beanbean Kingdom!" Said the toad.

After collecting several mushrooms (from ? blocks) Mario went straight where the Koopa Troopa went and talked to Luigi. He told Mario that Bowser should be up ahead, so Mario continued to press on. Luigi followed Mario and just as they were going to the Koopa Cruiser, Mario heard an old toad's voice.

"MASTER MARIO!" Yelled a toad.

Mario and Luigi turned to and saw Toadsworth riding a briefcase. He rode it towards them and got off.

"It would appear I'm just in time!" Toadsworth said.

He walked near the bros and presented the suitcase to them.

"I have prepared a suitcase for you to take with you on your long journey!" Toadsworth said.

Mario didn't want to hear any of this as he thought they needed to hurry if they wanted to get Peach's voice back. But he figured since nobody can really understand him, he would just let Toadsworth talk.

"I'm quite sure it will prove useful, as it holds many items and outfits. Please take it!" Said Toadsworth.

Mario agreed to take the suitcase if it meant Toadsworth would shut up, so he accepts it.

"Now then, I have one more parting gift, as it were: some funds for your trip! Here you go..."

Toadsworth hands Mario 100 coins.

"Oh, gracious! Master Luigi! Are you going to the Beanbean Kingdom, as well?" Toadsworth asked Luigi.

Luigi said no and shook his head. The even idea of being a hero was not something for him. He plans to go and take a nap at their house while Mario is gone for a day.

Luigi takes off his hat and waves it goodbye to them.

"Ah! You're just seeing Master Mario Off? A capital idea! I do believe I'll join you. Master Mario! I'm going on ahead. I shall be waiting for you in front of the Koopa Cruiser. Toadsworth said.

Toadsworth then walked straight ahead of the bros. Mario and Luigi went forwards and saw Bowser. Mario went forward while Luigi stayed behind with Toadsworth.

"MARIO!" Bowser yelled.

Mario didn't know why Bowser was mad.

"You're late! What were you doing? We're leaving! Right now! So get on board, and make it snappy!
